Been to this location at least five times in the last year. The worker at the front who I did not get his name I believe he wore glasses I have seen before and he was and always is exceptionally helpful and friendly first off. Secondly, as usual the food was prepared well and this time I must say the extra crispy chicken breast that I received in my three-piece combo with exceptionally well cooked and moist.

I only eat the chicken pot pie. Oh and the coleslaw. Occasionally I’ll get the meal to include the drink and cookie but I don’t like the cookies here. Pot pie always hits the spot. Consistently delicious. Drive thru service was great. Only issue today the Mountain Dew I ordered was like soda water. I called the restaurant to let them know, Mgr says I can come back for drink anytime. I’m posting this to show as he did not take my info. Lol.

They took my order as soon as I arrived at the speaker. I ordered the Orginal Crispy Sandwich. No Mayo, Xtra pickles, KFC Sauce on the side. Girl in drive thur window was nice. I got my order, and I double-checked the bag. Sandwich was hot, fresh, no Mayo, extra pickles liked I⁷ asked. Just no KFC sauce. Other than that, it was great. Lots of flavor, Price was ok for just a sandwich. Some people complain about prices, but this is average price, like Buds and / or Popeyes.

Don’t waste your time here. They’ll take your money- not provide you the food tell you to wait, continue cleaning and shutting down at 8:45 when they’re open until midnight, all the waiting and they’ll still not have your food and want you to continue to watch them clean. They’ll refuse your refund in the store and tell you to go online- then the online system will also refuse the refund until they decide if you get a refund for the food you tried to purchase and they’re store wouldn’t produce absolute joke don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered online as I waited to be seated my food came out and the chicken was wrong I order All dark meat I went to let the manager know her name is Olga she proceeded to print out my receipt and told me I ordered mix chicken and that it wasn’t her problem and that if I wanted a refund to call corporate and to see if they cared I was highly upset I was trying to feed my kids after church I will never come to this location ever again!!!
