We go out of our way to go to the Taco Bell on 71 because the Greenwood location is absolutely, undeniably terrible—and it’s been that way for years. It’s shocking how one chain can have two locations in the same area with such wildly different standards. The 71 location at least gets orders right, the food is hot and somewhat fresh, and the staff seems like they know what they’re doing. Greenwood, on the other hand, is a complete disaster.
Just now, we placed an order, and within 10 minutes it was obvious nothing had been done properly. Items we specifically ordered were missing from the bag, and the food that was there was cold, bland, and clearly not freshly prepared. The soft tacos were particularly awful—dry, flavorless, and frankly unappetizing. This isn’t just a one-time problem; it’s consistent incompetence.
The service is just as bad as the food. The staff is rude, inattentive, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs correctly. Management appears entirely indifferent, leaving customers to deal with inexperienced teenagers who clearly have no training, supervision, or motivation. It’s infuriating to see this level of negligence when the 71 location shows that decent service and quality food are entirely possible.
If you care about getting your order right, having food that’s actually hot and edible, and being treated with basic courtesy, avoid this Greenwood location entirely. Until management takes accountability, trains staff properly, and starts caring about quality, this restaurant will continue to be a frustrating, disappointing waste of time.

This is supposed to be crispy chicken? NASTY. Would you eat this Taco Bell employees? I promise you wouldn’t. This is truly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Will be reporting this store to corporate. This will cause food poisoning. It’s black and look like stuff is growing on it.

don’t even know where to start with this Taco Bell, because it is honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had—and we’ve been dealing with it for years. The service is an absolute nightmare. The staff is rude, lazy, and clearly has no idea how to do even the most basic parts of their job. Orders are ignored, questions are met with attitude, and it’s painfully obvious that management doesn’t care at all. Nothing gets fixed, nothing gets improved, and customers are left to deal with whatever chaos happens to come out of the kitchen that day.
And the food… oh my god, the food is just as bad. Cold, soggy, and flavorless, like they threw it together as an afterthought. Soft tacos taste awful, ingredients are missing, and nothing is fresh. It’s clear that no one here is paying attention, training anyone, or even trying. Every visit is a gamble—will your order be wrong? Will the food be cold and unappetizing? Will someone act like you’re bothering them just for ordering? The answer is always yes.
I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. If you value your money, your time, or even the tiniest bit of human decency, stay far away from this location. It’s a complete joke. This isn’t just bad fast food; it’s bad management, bad service, and bad everything. Go literally anywhere else—even a gas station taqueria would be better than this dumpster fire of a restaurant.

I ordered on the app. Checked in at the speaker. Waited for 15 minutes. Arrived at the window and was informed they didn’t have my items. They wouldn’t let me switch items. I didn’t receive any food nor did I get a refund. Someone was screaming from the back that since I ordered on the app there was nothing they could do. She never actually walked to the window to help in any way, just screamed from the back. I left without my food or my money. It felt a lot like theft. I felt bad for the guy at the window. His manager was of no help whatsoever.
Also, don’t use the taco bell app. It’s considered third party according to the screaming woman. Taco Bell isn’t responsible for items ordered on the app, per the screaming woman.

I go here from time to time and typically order online either through the drive-through or with a pick up order inside. If I go inside, it is always very very clean. I’ve never had an issue with that. Everything is very well stocked and it looks like they are prepared for the next rush they are going to have. If you order online and go through the drive-through, you’ll get your food within a reasonable amount of time with a reasonable amount of accuracy. Obviously, sometimes they’re gonna miss something, within reason. It’s not going to be 100% accurate every time, that’s human nature. It is what it is, overall I think the store is doing a great job. also talked to the manager I think her name is Gabby and I think she’s doing a great job.

I have gone to this Taco Bell so many times. My order is always wrong or they forget something and I have to drive all the way back to get it. Tonight I had to drive back up there to get what they forgot AND the Cinnabon delights were STALE AND CRUNCHY AND OLD. I’m done. The food always sucks. The staff never improves. This was my favorite comfort food but not anymore.

Going here during the day isn’t so bad but going in the late afternoon evening is a terrible idea almost everytime. 90% of time later in the day/night the employees or more worried about talking, hanging out and carrying on. They have poor customer service and rush through making the food leaving our stuff or giving you little to nothing. No meet in the tacos, hardly anything in the bean burritos I order that all I eat. My son gets crunchy tacos and almost everytime I have to take it back because of the lack of meat which is crazy because I literally order his meat and cheese only. Maybe because management is there during the day things get done better but at night food and service is terrible and I won’t be going back definitely not at dinner time.

Guy at the window and on speaker named AJ very professional, friendly, and great with taking orders and getting your food correct. I thought he was a recording at the speaker with how friendly and nice he was. Greenwood needs more employees like him at Taco Bell!
