IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD!

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Little Caesars location. I originally came in for a replacement order because I previously received three orders of Crazy Puffs that were stale, hard, and clearly old. My name had been written in the replacement book, and I had personally seen it there on a previous visit.
When I returned, the employee at the counter, ANGIE,
( She was short, chunky, and wore glasses) She was immediately rude and dismissive After I told her that my name was in the book, For a bad order.
I was very respectful and patient.
When I told her that she immediately walked away I think she told me she needed to talk to her manager, She made like five orders. I stood there again, very patiently Until she walked up to the counter. Then she took someone’s order in front of me! I asked her what she said —
When she walked away earlier?
When she finally responded, she said, “I will wait on you in a moment, ma’am. I’m only one person.” She’s said this in front of another Customer As she was taking his order ahead of me.
I stood there waiting. When the customer got his stuff and left . I walked back over to her, I figured she was having a bad day , I even apologized and explained again that I’m partially deaf and was just trying to understand her. Instead of showing any basic courtesy, she started speaking even quieter, making it intentionally harder for me to hear her. I told her I didn’t have my hearing aids in, and she still continued to be completely rude Flipping through the pages Of the book, seeming very angry!
She was angry from the moment I spoke to her!
After all of this, she told me my name wasn’t in the book. I told her I had seen it with my own eyes.
She questioned why I would even be in “my book” in the first place.
I explained that I saw it When I came in over the weekend . There was a man who was very nice that was working .
He also seeming to be handicapped and confused. I was in a hurry, so I Kindly told him I would just come in a different time.
She still dismissed and disrespected me, Saying my name was not in the book!
I had asked her what her name was, and I asked her who the manage was!
She said to me, I’m the manager!
I said well, who is Your manager, she says it’s me. I’m the boss!
I said well, who is your boss? She said Corporate!
I requested for her to call her manager of the store.
She Eventually she told me I could leave the store.
That’s when I did get angry and told her where she can go!
I called corporate. I reported her!
I could imagine working with her as a nightmare too. I feel sorry for the people that work with her!
There is no way someone like this should be any kind of manager!!!
She has the worst customer service skills and needs to be fired!!!
She needs to have a job where she doesn’t work around people!
This entire interaction was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way, especially someone who is partially deaf and simply trying to communicate. As long as this employee is representing this location, I will not return. I will be sharing this experience on every review platform so others are aware of how customers are being treated here.

Here is the burnt pizza we received tonight and the short dark haired lady that took the order was very rude to my husband. Apparently customer service is hard for the employees at location. Customer service is key and maybe there should be more training for better customer service skills

I just want to post in regards of the comment that was made on this review ! I was one of the customers behind this lady that made that huge rant about her! The worker Angie was ALONE Nor was she rude she Told the lady she would be right with her and HELP HER once she got all the orders out ! It was LUNCH RUSH . All she had to do was WAIT She KEPT BOTHERING THE WORKER ! As she was getting together the orders I WOULD GET ANNOYED TO kept trying to correct her when she kept stating she was the manager Karen didn’t believe her, The worker did her job miss Karen was the lady that kept trying to hold her back so I told the worker I had her back cause my food was AMAZING FRESH AND HOT THANKYOU:) can’t always believe a Karen’s rant . And I would be annoyed if I ran a kitchen BY MYSELF TO .

Pizza was 15 mins past online pick up time and the crust was completely raw and falling apart on the bottom. The pizza looked like it was cut by a four year old. Should have checked it out in the store before driving home but after waiting for so long I was happy to get the food and leave. This location is a mess.

I had a really upsetting experience yesterday at this location. I was a walk-in customer, and the employee working was alone and clearly overwhelmed, which I understood and was patient about. I even apologized during the ordering process and waited the full time I was told to return. When I came back, the situation was uncomfortable. The employee was visibly angry–throwing items around, cutting and boxing pizzas aggressively, and openly complaining out loud. She stopped working on my order to deal with a DoorDash driver and was extremely rude to him as well. A second employee eventually arrived, but the interaction continued to escalate and ended in a verbal exchange as I was leaving. I understand being short-staffed and stressed, but taking that frustration out on customers and delivery drivers isn’t acceptable. These two employees wouldn’t be the people I’d like representing my company.

I placed my order online, and arrived at the time I asked for it to be completed. When I came into the store, the person making pizzas didn’t even look up or say hello. I waited about 2 minutes and finally said, “Hello?” The employee finally looked at me and said, “yes?” I said I had placed an order online but my name wasn’t on the pickup machine. She stated that my order was “huge” (3 pizzas and 2 crazy bread) and said very rudely, “I said I’d be with you in a minute”. Well, no you didn’t – you didn’t even greet me, nor the other customer who came in after me. I responded, “no need to be rude”. When she brought my order to me, I asked her name which she said was Angie, and asked me why I wanted her name. Well, Angie (if that’s your real name as you had no name tag on) you are the rudest customer service representative I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. I hope the owner or your manager sees this review. We won’t be back. Ever.

I placed an order to pick up a pizza and an order of crazy bread through the app, get there to pick it up and the kid working the front register looked at me and told me it’s already been picked up, I said not by me..then he paused like he wasn’t sure what to do, he had them make another pizza and I sat there and waited and then when my order was finally made I asked for 2 sides of garlic sauce and I asked if I could have them on the house since they gave my order away. He made me feel like it was my problem someone else picked it up, he literally said “I mean, they said your name exactly.” He put them up on the counter and said you can just have them I don’t really care. I will not be returning to this location I don’t like that they made me feel like it was my fault someone else took my order. I usually don’t say anything or ask for anything free or to be refunded when something gets messed up at a restaurant. The customer service there was a 0 out of 10.

night shift seems to do good.

went today on day shift and complete poor food quality and poor customer service.
Therefore I recommend only night shift according to what I’ve experienced here.
