Pleasantly surprised with our first experience at this location. Despite the close to 1 hour wait time for our mobile order the food was hot, fresh and flavorful. While they were slammed with only being open few days the staff was polite, organized and helpful. Glad we finally have a place to get wings besides a local bar or buffalo wild wings all the way in Washington, PA.

Hi my name Susan Lee I come in a lot normal in the morning let me just say this I get Starbucks every morning before work and there is always one very important thing I do when I drive by Wingstop that is to make sure my favorite worker is there he’s one of the managers I’ve never asked him his name but he is my favorite he’s always happy very friendly and the amount of love he’s puts into his food when he makes it is incredible I just dive my normal drive by and so happen to be outside and we talked for like 15-20 minutes he such a Sweet boy and he most definitely a hard worker bc again today just like almost ever other time I come in he was alone but yet that never stops him whoever his parents are they most be proud now there are two things I don’t like one I gotta change my schedule around because he said he doesn’t work Saturdays anymore and two no matter how hard I try he never takes my tips he always says he’s not allowed to accept tips which I think is very unfair and the owners should change that but other than I love this kid if anyone knows his name please lmk he always has the cool hats on and he wears glasses I’m pretty sure he’s one of the managers but i know I can’t be the only one with good stories to tell about him as long as he’s there I’m there

I will start by saying the first 2 times my family and I came here the food was fresh, and very good. Now, I have ordered through doordash and have gotten take out since then and both times my order has been entirely wrong. When you try to call no one answers the phone. If i didnt pay 60 to 70 dollars for an order fir my family id usually just let things go but the fact that they have repeatedly messed my order up is ridiculous. Not to mention the order we received when we picked up was cold and soggy. I will not be coming here after all of this bc this is ridiculous. I understand that they are new and busy, but its not hard to read the order you are making.

Sometimes when I order here the wings are cold. Even when you order extra done that even costs ya more money. Then sometimes the skin is even hard to pull apart the wing. Door dashes are ok and find drop off location fast. Never been inside restaurant yet.

My husband and I went here for the first time last night and it will likely be our last. The empty tables were filthy, I had to ask for a rag to clean it myself which was no big deal and the cashier did do it half-heartedly. When we got our order, we realized that half was missing. There was a table full of kids without parents that I worried about initially but then realized that they must have belonged to an employee because 2 staff members (1 male/1 female) came in from their vehicle smelling horribly like marijuana and went over to the kids to check in on them. How sweet…. here kids, sit here all night while I work (term used lightly) and get high My husband said it best… we didn’t know if we were at a daycare, a dispensary or a restaurant. Oh, and the wings we did get were slimy and gross. I’m giving 2 stars for the fries!

Went to at&t next door to wing stop ,placed a order for a hour and a half later as getting a new phone can be slow sometimes. We’ll that 1.5 hours went by food still wasn’t ready ,waited another half hour asked how to cancel it not a single employee could help us .told us we could do it threw the app .nope spent another 20 ish minutes trying to figure out how ,well you can’t! So left with out food ,without being sure if we where getting refunded or not .Definitely not what you would expect from a new restaurant

All the food was delicious. The staff were super friendly and informed everyone that walked it what the wait would be. I thought that was really respectful. Everyone please remember that this place is new so EVERYONE and their mom is wanting to go, it was packed! I suggest you order ahead or be prepared for a wait.

I ordered food for my family, they were very busy, but prompt, professional, and considerate. The ladies at the counter were on top of it. Giving updates on people’s orders, being honest about wait times, and friendly. The taller guy who im assuming is the GM or shift manager was also on top of things. Double checking people’s orders before they were out the door. As someone who regularly gets messed up orders or items missing from other places. It was refreshing to get exactly what I ordered, how I ordered it. The food was good, flavorful, and cooked correctly. My kids all liked it, which is always a bonus. I would recommend placing your order online for maximum convenience. I also would recommend the Cajun corn. Thats was my favorite part.
