Dine in is better than takeout for sure. They always forget drinks or sides or toppings during takeout. Dine in food is better, but service area is always messy, staff is always loud and gossiping rather than focusing on their customers and serving. Go to another location. Or better yet, go to Hot Head right down the road.

When I go in person, great time. Always good food. When I order delivery, they ALWAYS forget something. Just ordered $90 in food and they forgot all 3 of the drinks. Not to mention the ABYSMAL amount of chips I got – this is supposed to be a large now???? Was a good Chipotle in the beginning. However the last few times I’ve ordered my order wasn’t ready and I had to wait for it. I also feel like I got about half of the portion I used to get. Probably won’t go back… See pictures.

Ordered a burrito and chips online. Picked up and got a bowl. They remade it into burrito with no cheese and the wrong rice. Chips tasted like someone put out their cigarettes in the oil. Extra star because they were nice and friendly even if everything else ended up being bad.
Update to remove the second star: burrito tasted funny and off but I didn’t think much of it until that evening when I started to feel really really bad and then spent the next 36 hours with the squirts and nausea.

This is the only Chipotle in the cities surrounding Dayton that always has great customer service! In addition, the carne asada is perfectly seasoned as well as the chicken. The food is always fresh and the atmosphere is always clean! Highly recommend.

Second time I ordered on the app and paid for iced tea and was told they might not have it but they would give me lemonade. When I explained that I don’t care for lemonade I was offered water from the fountain. I explained that I was not going to pay for water from the fountain at that point she offered to look and see if they had any tea. I won’t be returning to this location. Poor service.

I ordered 3 bowls online. When I picked up the order they at first forgot our chips. When I got home I realized all three bowls were wrong. I went back to the store, to get the correct thing, bringing the wrong order with me. The employee told me I’d have to wait and talk to the manager and then the manager told me I’d have to have the employee make it again for me.

About 10 pm on a Friday an hour before they closed. Had all the food options available. Staff was so friendly , I wish I would have caught the 2 names of who served us they were awesome but 1 had blue hair! Everything was clean, welcoming, and food was hot!

Went on lunch break, pulled up my food was not ready I waited, got it “fresh” and it was cold, I ordered steak, did not receive steak I assume it was chicken or sofritas plant based meat. Out of the 6 total items I chose to put in my bowl I got 4 with 5 pieces of lettuce. Portion sizes have definitely changed. The bowls aren’t balanced out I feel it’s all rice anymore. Window service not professional poor customer service. $16 for rice, wrong meat, corn and sour cream
