I was just here on Saturday morning. I usually go to the one on Plymouth but I was closer to this location. I ordered 2 drinks and a bragel sandwich. The hot drink was mine and I forgot to tell the young lady at the register it needed to be made with a non dairy milk. So when I noticed the other young lady making it, i said, “oh I’m sorry it has to be made with oat milk. I forgot to mention that.” So she kinda rolled her eyes poured it out and responds in a frustrated tone, next time make sure to tell the cashier. So replied,” Right I know that’s what I just said, I FORGOT. I was going to have her make another one, but I said forget it! You don’t have to be rude. Ppl make mistakes, it happens. I work in customer service as well so I get, but find another job if can’t regulate your emotions better than that. Also my husband’s drink didn’t taste good. He said it tasted weird maybe something had gone bad or was expired.

It was my first time in. The staff was so nice and so helpful. I tried an iced honey vanilla cinnamon latte with a shot of espresso. It was very good. Also got an everything bagel with egg and cheese. will probably be my coffee spot on my way to work now.

one of my favorite places to go before school or just on regular occasions. i love the turkey havarti bragel with plain and no cream cheese paired with a teddy bear!! plus, the morning staff always remembers my order and literally can just be like “the teddy bear?” whenever i stumble on my words. definitely recommend!!

This place is truly fantastic! They have great coffee, amazingly nice staff, and great seating spots for tutoring, working, or just hanging out with friends! Their prices are great for such amazing quality. They have certain days where specific menu items have lower prices, as well! I recommend it completely and I hope you can get a sip of Biggby Coffee.

I come here every morning and usually have amazing service and even better coffee. The last few times, however, the coffee has tasted like cleaning chemicals and it’s taken fifteen minutes to get a bagel and a drink. This morning my latte was sudsy from leftover soap 🙁 it was genuinely inedible. I’m just gonna start going to the Tim Horton’s down the road.

This is a perfect spot to casually have coffee, tea, or goodies. My favorite is the Frozen White Lightning with extra garnish. I also like the donut holes, but I try to refrain from the sweets cause once those get started… well, you know how that goes.
The service is speedy. I was literally finishing paying when they said my order was ready. We sat at a small table with two cushy chairs. It was great to just pop in and sit for a moment to chat. There’s plenty of parking as well.

Warm and inviting! Right next to the Cardinal Barbershop, stop in to Bigby after for whatever the baristas recommend. Cindy made my coffee with care, and we talked about anime for a little bit. A very caring crew, who are happy to give happiness to others, the exact vibe I want when I need a sit-down coffee.

Got there around 9am. 2 people were already sitting in a corner talking and having coffee. Three people were working behind the counter. The lady who took my order was super nice and didn’t mind explaining what types of bagels and the sizes of the cups for me. Told me about the 2 types of kids chocolate milk they had (a frappe type and a regular chocolate milk type. Both with whipped cream and sprinkles). Our food was ready within 3mins of us placing it. Atmosphere was nice, plenty of room and everyone was super friendly and helpful.
