Today is Halloween 2025. This inexperienced manager tells me she can’t hear me in drive threw and tells me to speak up, so I did and she is gonna say dont scream at me. Then when I go in she is gonna tell me im the one thats rude. I have been coming to this McDonald’s for years now all if a sudden they get this manager and cusome service goes way down. She is so rude to customers ans could not wait till I come in to give me a piece of her mind, in front of other customers!

Would have been nice to have had my Tartar Sauce ON my Fish Sandwich and not everywhere else. My sandwich was DRY, as a result. Sloppy prepping!!!! Somebody needs to slow down. SMH To both MANAGEMENT and EMPLOYEES… take some pride in your job!!! MANAGEMENT, you should TRAIN them better. This type of nonsense is a reflection of management.

Online order was placed and had to wait until one of the cars in the reserved parking with four spots and one also pulled in front moved so they could then pull me into one of the reserve spots where I then waited over 29 minutes after my order had been placed and said I was here in line. not the first time that I waited this long, but I promise it will be the last time for a while. But I have to say the guy that asked me to pull up and brought out our order was very nice.

I have thought about this for a while on posting it or not. I finally decided to since we have yet to hear back from corporate.
My family and I went there for lunch and we ordered two basic combos and three hot and spicys. We when we got it we didn’t get our hot and spicys, and so I went in the wait 10 mins for them. Nor did we get any of our order correct. The only thing we got right was my large sprite.
So I called the store and then was told they would replace it so I went back that evening and got it replaced. Come to find out my bad experience does not end here. We got out food and started eating then I bit into my hot and spicy and found a bone fragment in the patty. Which shouldn’t happen since they get them pre-made and frozen. So we call them to let them know. After that I bite into my other sandwich and the whole top patty was raw.
They treated the first problem correct but the second one should never have happened. A bone fragment in the hot and spicy patty and a raw burger patty.
