Where’s the sauce! There is maybe a tablespoon of sauce on the whole pizza. When I called to speak with manager he explains that the pizza has a lot of toppings on it and it’s made the same every time! Wrong answer!

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered through Doordash and just got a Pretzel Cheese Pizza and a Mango Mountain Dew. They gave me a Regular Crust Chesse Pizza with salt sprinkled on it. I’ve already contacted Coporated about fals advertsing and will call my bank for a refund. I should have read the reviews before ordering from thid location.

I ordered a hot and ready pizza. The lady took my money then went to the back room where she proceeded to talk with people. They laughed and joked while I stood waiting for her to get my pizza. After a couple of minutes, I asked her if the pizza was ready, and she just stared at me. Then yelled that she couldn’t hear me. I was a bit shocled that she didnt come to the front to tell me that the pizza was cooking. A little communication would have gone a long way in helping me, the customer, know what to expect. Pretty rude or just oblivious to customer service.

We ordered delivery through the Little Caesars website, which automatically assigned the closest location. The delivery was handled by DoorDash, but when the food arrived it wasn’t our order. We tried to stop the driver, but they left. We got a refund and tried again, this time through Uber Eats, but still from the same Little Caesars location.
The second delivery was also wrong. This time, the driver confirmed that the restaurant gave them the wrong order. Clearly, this location has serious issues with order accuracy and doesn’t seem to care about getting it right. Two failed orders back-to-back is unacceptable. We won’t be ordering from this location again.

Hot and Ready? No….”Hot and Unfinished”
Man oh man. Where do I begin? Well, I tried to call in my order but they never picked up. That means I have to go up there and place the order which is an inconvenience because I waited for 40min to get the pizza. The purpose of a phone is so I can call in the order and it be ready when I get there. I ordered 2 extra cheese pizzas. The pizza was over cooked and one of them wasn’t even cut. The staff was slow and seemed really confused. I dont know who to blame on this one, the employees or the employer? The process was all wrong. One of the members was writing an order down on the actual box. What happened to labels and organization? How do they even keep track of customers orders? Really bad process which is why I could understand the confused looks on their faces back there. I can’t go back again…

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Little Caesars (Grayson Hwy). I placed an order at 9:34 PM for just cheese sticks for my daughter. The app showed my order would be ready by 10:04, so I arrived around 10:15.

When I got there, the only employee at the front handed me the wrong order (I knew because I read the box). When I told her it wasn’t mine, she simply said, “Sorry guys, it’s my time to clock out, my ride is outside.” She walked off, and another employee came out from the back, grabbed a water, and went right back without saying a word to customers.

I checked the app again and saw my order was still listed as “in the oven.” I came back later when the app showed it was being packed. A different employee was at the counter this time and told me my cheese sticks had been sitting out cold, not even in the Pizza Portal or heated section, just on the counter. She asked if I wanted them remade — but by that point, it had been over an hour and a half. My hungry daughter couldn’t wait any longer, so I asked for a refund.

The employee said she had to call her manager before refunding me, and eventually handed me a receipt (which I hope is actually for the refund). At no point did anyone apologize for the ridiculous wait or poor service.

This location is completely unprofessional and shows zero regard for customers. Staff clearly need training on basic service and communication. I ended up going to Papa John’s, where I got the same cheese sticks in under 20 minutes.

Never coming here again.

The front part of this establishment needs some major deep cleaning. Dirty carpet pushed off to the side the countertops dirty and sticky, ceiling isn’t dusted. The ovens are in need of some deep cleaning and the poor guy alone here this morning needs some major help with 7 people all waiting to place pickup and get helped . He goes from picking up his cellphone to packaging pizza with no handwashing in between , no gloves , no nothing . Can you blame him? If your the owner and this is your establishment you need to be in here supporting this location. To the worker here this AM you need a raise and I applaud you for trying your best.

They can never keep up with their online orders. I placed an order for a window for pick up. I arrived at the store to be told it would be 1-1.5hrs before I could get me order. This is a constant occurrence with online orders. Absolutely ridiculous!

This place is extremely dirty. Please get rid of the tall black guy with bifocals and grey in his beard. Bad attitude. Doesn’t greet customers. He just stands at register and doesn’t say anything. Dirty bottle of hand sanitizer with brown dirt on the bottle sitting on counter. Napkins not in a canister, just sitting on counter for everyone to put there hands in the ripped wrapping the napkins ship in. Old dirty broken down chairs in lobby. Patrons should take a picture of health code inspection on the wall and contact Gwinnett County Health Inspection and inquiring who keeps passing this establishment and call for an investigation on the person who doesn’t note their health violations. Pizza cutters are not labeled for meat and non meat items. Dirt on floors, walls and counter. Marinara sauce stored on dirty open shelf. Workers constantly on there phones and handling money and then make pizza with no gloves. Constantly short staffed. How are the owners allowed to do this?
