I’ve been here several times and customer service has been average. Today was blatantly disrespectful. No one acknowledged me at the register or asked if I had been helped. However, when someone walked in behind me, they were immediately greeted.
I brought it to their attention but left. They apologized as I walked out.
Only writing this review in hopes that the customer service here will improve. I’ve been fine with mediocre, but to not make sure a customer is acknowledged is not acceptable. Spending money with good service is what people want to do.

Per the instructions below my review, I went to the site to make my complaint on July 24, 2025, at their website. Their response is that they would like the complaints to also come to their website to help them fix the concerns. I still have no intent on returning to this location.

We pulled in at 805, and online stated they closed at 9. Open sign still on. The door is locked. We called, but there was no answer. I even took pictures to show what time we had called with no answer. My daughter says, “Try drive threw,” we did. Sat for about 4 minutes at the window since the speaker stated it was broken. The dark-haired girl was friendly enough, BUT the blonde that handed us our 2 Acai bowls literally gave us the bag, I said thank you, she glared at us and SLAMMED the window shut. I’ve never seen such a horrid attitude!! I would understand being a tad upset if they closed in like 10 or 15mins, but we were there almost an hr before! 1st time coming to this establishment and DEFINITELY the LAST!! We visit our grandparents down here 3x a year, and my daughter loves the Acai bowls we thought we’d try this place. Never again, or at least we will go to the other one across town. That employee needs an attitude adjustment, as I can only imagine the customers she has run off!!! We would have been here every day for my daughters breakfast (she bought 2 just so she’d have one for then). Not now!

Worst tropical smoothie. Have gone multiple times & always regret it. Food is either burnt or not toasted enough. Smoothies are always runny. Service is always slow. I don’t mind waiting but when I do & they come out with half your order might as well gone inside. I so wish this location was better.

Nice enough staff but the place is pretty dirty and it makes me question what the back looks like. I’m assuming the only thing keeping them in business in the high school. I have been there twice and both times I almost didn’t order just after looking around. Maybe if they spent more time cleaning and fixing things they could spend less time apologizing to people on google reviews. So do your self a favor and don’t respond my review but instead sweep and mop your lobby.

Absolutely terrible. Got into the drive thru only behind one car, took about 15 minutes just to advance to the window. Once I got to the window I was ask if I wanted kale, or spinach to substitute for lettuce because they had run out. Then sat for another 15 minutes at least if not 20 for two wraps, while I listened to the girl at the window have a conversation with another employee about getting stoned at work after they got my order out . 2 wraps, and a smoothie came out to $18 and change. After sitting in a drive thru that was just about empty for 40 minutes, I find one of my wraps was missing the meat entirely and both were the same wrap. I wanted to run my car straight into the building. Never ever ever going back. Possibly one of the worst drive thru experience as a whole I’ve ever been in.

My daughter and I stopped in for Acai Bowls the little brown haired girl with glasses knew their freezer was down and she couldn’t make the Acai bowls, the computer wouldn’t even let her ring them up, so she charged me for 2 other items. Waited a few minutes to come tell me about the issue and then couldn’t even refund my money for a product they didn’t have to offer!
