People are really nice here with a great culture at this time. This is like going to Grandma’s house for simple home cooking only everyone gets to tell her what you want and it’s made to order. I’ve been coming to Famous Anthony’s for over 20 years. It used to be a classic, simple, consistent, and full of charm. The relaxed atmosphere and straightforward menu made it a go-to spot for comfort food done right. Unfortunately, things have changed. The building and interior haven’t been updated in decades, but the menu now feels like it’s trying to be something it’s not, modern and trendy, which just doesn’t match the vibe of the place. They once had the best burger in town, but now it tastes like low-quality, rubbery meat. Prices have gone up, but the food quality has gone down. One bright spot: breakfast is still solid and worth coming for. It’s tough to say goodbye after so many years, but it just doesn’t feel like the same place anymore. Sometimes, it’s better to let a good thing go.

Had great coffee and breakfast this morning at FA’s. Can’t beat the price on their two eggs breakfast combo for what you get. They also have some pretty great comfort food for meals other than breakfast too.

We ordered breakfast the bacon was so thin, it was as thin as paper and i ordered two eggs scrambled and my eggs were also thin just like the bacon, the grits were watery and the meal was not worth $26 for my husband and me. We wont be going to this restaurant again, poor quality of food for sure!

Went during the week right before dinner. They were slammed with take outs and didn’t have adequate staff. But otherwise, food was very good and plentiful. They are doing indoor seating, outdoor seating, curbside and carryout.

We just got back from eating at this place. We had very little to wait. Service was excellent. Prices a. It steep as they are everywhere else. I had a delicious Belgian waffle and strawberry topping. The only issue I have is the prices for the topping and whipped cream. Again, I know that most businesses are having to cover the costs of what they provide at the expense of the patrons… Such is life now. Coffee was delicious. All in all I think it was a great choice. Come and enjoy some wonderful meals with fantastic service.

We had a really good lunch here the other day. They have the best crinkle cut fries on the planet. I got the chicken sandwich and my wife got a hotdog. They were both delicious. Our waitress was very nice and friendly.
