Came in for a delicious Western Bacon. Adan Aguilar was awesome. Asked if I had the Carls app, told me about the special on the app and helped me download it. Super nice guy, very helpful! Honestly one of the best, if not THE nicest and most helpful employees this location has ever had! Been coming here for years and this is the first time I have left smiling.

For the past 6 months, this has been my go-to place for lunch! This place is clean, the food( famous star) is so good and they get my order right every time. But what makes me come back every time is the awesome customer service by Adan Aguilar. He is never rude. He always greets you with a smile and polite even when it’s crazy busy. May I be able to continue to come here for the next 6 months !

Was in drive thru, they asked me if I wanted to use the mobile app. I said no, they went silent. I asked should I begin ordering? Some other lady Yelled at me and said “one second”

Says they are open until 11pm, however they fail to specify anywhere that it’s only the drive thru. Wasted time walking here on a Friday night to arrive at 10:05 pm just for it to be closed.
