Ordered food thanksgiving night. Wasn’t busy except for online orders. If your going to be the only place open on thanksgiving. Why would you want tk serve the worst version of yiur product possible? The traditional wings where inedible. Dry as chewy. Waste of money. They left out a large order of onion rings. Another waste of money. The fries where extremely stale. And the appetizer platter all items where all hard snd cold by the time they brought out my online order which was 25 minutes behind. There was mo vehicles there. No customers. Just online orders and im betting none if them where any better than mine. Even one of the workers admitted the people in thr kitchen where not doing their jobs properly and im disappointed I wasted 60 bucks in this economy on that place. I never leave bad reviews. This one is earned.

Fast food is fair! The chicken is very spicy if you select wrongly. I will prefer the meat is hot instead of very hot/spicy sauce.

Door dashing is terrible there. I waited almost 20 minutes to get staff to acknowledge me. They looked at me multiple times but would not acknowledge me. Don’t accept door dash of you cant satisfy the order in a timely matter. We all are busy.

The food came out pretty fast but there weren’t many people dining. The food was lukewarm, and the wing sauce was very light on the wings. I just had a classic burger and was disappointed as it did not taste very bar/restaurant like. Overall the service was good.

The service and food is usually good when we come here. Lots of televisions with things to watch. As it gets busier, it can get louder. Popular place for groups of teenagers to go and hang out. They handle big groups pretty well. The place is usually pretty clean as well. We have had positive experiences each time we have come in.

I was first in line as I entered the restaurant. 40 minutes later I got a seat even as we could see 8 plus empty tables. Waited 10 minutes for a waitress before we even got to order. After we ordered we waited 15 minutes to get our drinks, all soda. We then waited 30 minutes for two burgers and an order of boneless wings. Our food got to the table and then we got silverware 5 minutes later. The assistant manager Tanner was the guy who seated us and was the first person to talk to us after standing in front of the podium. No interaction from the staff for 40 minutes? His explanation was; we have been dealing with “stuff”! It might be time for a staff change.

We ordered food to go, wings, a hamburger, and a cheese curd bacon cheese burger. Wings were great!! Burgers…..not so much. They were paper thin and broke apart when you picked them up. It’s almost like they were rolled out like a pie crust, smashed with a tennis ball, and deep fried in grease until they were crispy like burnt cheese in the bottom of a pan. Called the manager, he was good to deal with. Apparently this is the new “smash burger” they’ve been serving for over a year. First of all, I don’t think you can call this a burger and second of all we did not order a “smash burger”. I recently ate at BWW out of state and the food was amazing and burgers were, well actual burgers. We will probably never eat at BWW in Brookings again, which is a shame as they were one of our favorite places to eat once upon a time.

Got on the waitlist and got there 2 mins after we got texted and they had given our table away. We got a spot in the bar area. Waitress was rude and didn’t seem to care that our food took over an hour. Got to restaurant at 6:55 and we left at 8:30. Not from here so won’t be back but wouldn’t recommend.

Great place to hang and eat a bite. Noticed by the reviews that older generations will complain alot about food warm not hot, but that is a delicacy for us younger folk. Dont expect perfection, no matter were you go, “Something is only special, until it is compared to something else.” Read about another chick complaining about the super bowl not playing (even though they called 30 early or something), why’d you even take the risk? Dont be disappointed when you gamble. You go to Bdubs to eat and chill in a sport-like environment. 5/5 from me and countless others. Brookings is pleased to have Bdubs here.
