I rarely write reviews however for the fourth time coming in here (I literally had to convince my husband to try again) we watched our order being handed to another customer!! We questioned and the employee asked if we would like to order?!? The employees here pay no attention to detail. We ordered 4 tacos which had already taken 15 minutes and then after remaking took over 30 minutes. Also, please watch the auto “tip” charge if using credit. I’ll mention now that these same tacos, 4 ground beef Mexican style (that’s no cheese, just ground beef, onion, cilantro, on soft shell) x4 which came to $20.00 approximately. Tacos! There was never a thank you, a sorry for the wait, sorry for the confusion, or any explanation…except I could hear them discuss in espanol…for the error at this visit or the last four. I’d love to see this establishment succeed but if our visits are any indication I’m unsure how it’s possible. The other patrons reviews are exactly correct. The value and customer service need vast improvements.

We love the food when they first opened. Next time was there Tues deal, got charged the total and cashier didn’t know how to correct and the taco’s were no good.
Tried again and the food experience was bad. I’ve never sent a complaint. Hoping the owners read and make adjustments. Elburn needs something like this. We won’t be back.
