Ordered 2 large iced coffees and they were not filled to the top. Employee said it was pre-measured. I’ve ordered this multiple times in many different states and this has NEVER happened. Employee has no idea what she’s talking about.

I had ordered doughnuts that were definitely not fresh and the wrap I ordered the bacon had not been cooked at all it seemed Bacon was very rubbery in texture

I stopped by around 8:50 PM, just before closing at 9:30, hoping to grab some doughnuts. While looking at the doughnut case, the staff told me they couldn’t sell any because the doughnuts were “for tomorrow.” I found that pretty disappointing, especially since I was ready to pay. It felt like my money wasn’t good enough. In the end, I settled for a bag of Hostess Donettes instead.
I understand store policies, but some clear communication earlier or a heads-up would have helped. Hopefully, they can improve customer service for late shoppers.

I’m a pretty regular customer. I order atleast once a week for the past 3 or so years and have never had any issues. Always such friendly staff. Today I had a not so good experience as the gentleman taking drive thru orders was extremely rude to us. I ordered a coffee and donuts and before we could add more to our order he had totalled it up and told us to go to the window. My husband said he wanted a lemonade refresher and asked what flavors they offered. Dude got really rude about helping him order. We went around to the window to find out it was separated into 2 orders. Husband asked about it and drive thru guy yelled “he can just use the same card twice” in a very rude tone. I could tell that his presence had changed the whole vibe I usually get from staff. It wasn’t the friendly environment I usually experience. It was very uncomfortable and the kind soul at the window apologized for everything but she definitely didn’t need to.

Did a mobile order ahead of time so I could just run in, use the facilities, grab my coffee and get back on the road.. I stood at the mobile order pick up for 9 minutes before anyone asked me if I was waiting for the ONLY mobile order.. I said yes and it took them another 3 full minutes to start making my drink. All while the girl taking orders was wearing the printed sticker tickets like a scarf and most of the staff standing around. For 6 working employees on shift that day it was a very slow process.

I get a beverage here maybe once or twice a month. The line is always short. I’ve never had anything substituted. The staff is friendly. Probably the best Dunkin’ I’ve visited in NC WV.

The girl working the drive thru 6/18/2025 at 6:45pm was horridly rude because they didn’t offer an item I thought they did and i asked for it. The attitude was outrageous for a simple question. I’ll never be back and I’m placing a complaint with corporate. Horrid interaction.
