This pizza buffet is a stand alone in pizza taste. I really like it, and can not compare it with any other pizza I have ever tried before. The waitress was really nice, and the other staff was welcoming as well. The price of the buffet, with a drink is a little over $10 on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was clean, and is conveniently located near other shops. It is a kid friendly environment, and my child loves their food! Give it a try if you’re around the Walkertown area, I give it a 5 star!

We stopped by for the first time in a couple of years. The salad bar was good and the supreme pizza was good. They fixed a ham pizza at our request. It was chopped up ham and had a very unpleasant taste. I don’t recommend it.

I can’t say enough about Picco Milano! Their steak and chicken Stromboli is absolutely out of this world – perfectly seasoned, stuffed generously, and baked to golden perfection. Every bite is loaded with flavor, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The crust has that perfect crisp on the outside and softness inside, and the portions are more than satisfying.
The staff is warm and welcoming, and the service is always quick. This place has easily become one of my go-to spots. If you’re craving authentic, delicious food & homemade Ranch that’s made with love, Picco Milano is a must-try!

Apparently…the waitress didn’t listen? Comprehend well, idk…she also kept cutting us off so maybe that’s part of it.
I ordered the “Cheesesteak Special”, with no mushrooms or tomato’s add banana peppers and my boyfriend ordered the the same with no onions, mushrooms or tomato’s..She repeated the order wrong maybe 3 times (even though she appeared to be writing it down)
She then came to the table and told us one sub had mushrooms and we both looked at her funny because we said “ no mushrooms” too many times to count. The cook had to come out and let us know there were in fact no mushrooms but my boyfriends did have the onions he didn’t want.
The food just wasn’t good, what cheesesteak has orange cheese? It was disgusting to say the least, total let down for sure. Lesson learned.
They get two stars only because I added the two categories with 1 star each together.

The food is fine. The salad bar is pretty basic, but decent. The pizza bar is okay if you catch the food while it’s fresh. The staff is always pleasant and polite.
Unfortunately, they just raised the prices AGAIN. I had the pizza and salad bar, water, plus tip, and it was over $17. That’s an absurd amount to pay for lunch, especially for food that’s just okay. I will not be returning.

This is our regular “GO TO” restaurant. They are extremely clean. The pizza is as good as any pizza out there. The manager has been there a long time, and he knows that my wife and I are regular customers (nice guy). We get in, and out, with no problem. I think the key to my 5-STAR rating is the serving staff. They are all great, and extra friendly. But we do have our favorite server, however, this will remain our secret. Give Piccolo Milano a try. Whether it’s take out, off the menu, or the pizza and salad bar buffet….YOU WILL LOVE IT, I PROMISE!!!

My husband and I tried this restaurant after playing golf. The staff was wonderful and the food that we ordered was amazing. We shared a ceasar salad ( big enough for at least 3 people) and a large Stromboli. The bread was delicious and the fillings we ordered were all the way to the ends. The top crust was brushed with butter, oregano and basil. We had enough to bring a lunch home. We will be back!

The “fresh fried mozzarella” advertised on their website is actually mozzarella sticks from the freezer section at any chain grocery store. I paid $9 for 6 itty bitty sticks. Pizza was okay. It taste like gas station pizza honestly. Wasn’t anything spectacular. Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. When I got my food I asked if y’all have ranch to which one of the guys points at my receipt and said “you didn’t pay for it” which seemed like a rude approach when he could’ve just said “yes we have ranch, it’s an up charge though” and if you want your online customers to go ahead and order their sauces make it available for online ordering other than $11.50 for a 16oz tub. I should’ve looked at the reviews more carefully because it seems like they’ve been “working on” service and food quality for at least a year. This can’t be the improvement y’all were promising.
