After siting down I started eating the food I ordered and it was so bad. I went back up to the line and showed them the chicken they gave me and they told me it was normal and said that’s what it should look like, it was slimy and gross. I’m not sure if it was undercooked or just not chicken. I just wanted my money back, but of course I didn’t get that. This is disgusting. I will never come back again.

Have always loved this location, def one of the better places on the SW side, imo. Always and satisfies that craving when it comes along. Keep up the good work y’all ✌

I’m a fan of Panda Express especially the orange chicken but… when I went to here, I don’t know what’s wrong with here, the food wasn’t good, the rice was bad and not ready for the customers ( I went at 10 am on Sunday) and the stuff seemed like doesn’t know anything! Looks lazy and not welcoming! That’s a bad experience! I not recommend going to this place!

This location has consistently gotten my order incorrect the past 3 times I’ve been there. Both dine in and drive thru. Despite them messing up the food, all they give you is store credit so they can give you the wrong food once again. The actual food is usually cold as well.

Employee screamed at me for saying “um” in the drive through. How are you going to barely speak English, work drive through, and have an attitude with me when you’re the one who misinterpreted what I said (I’m guessing she thought I said “huh”)? I mean I get it, I was a manager at a fast food place. But that is not how you treat people, especially when *you’re* in the wrong.

Seems like the health department should do a walk in and check them out. Hair in my damn food all the time and sure they will say oh sorry but do it again with someone else’s order. What happened to Health code and following simple things to prevent hair in food or making people sick. I love thire food technically but not in these last few months the service and food has gone down. The location is depressing inside often half clean .

Incorrect food, and did not even refund it. Only offers some “credit” system that expires 30 days after. The food that was received was very poor quality. Made us pull out of drive through to wait on chow mein, just to not even give us the chow mein that was ordered. Incredibly bad experience

Always out of something I want. Always 5-10 mins to wait for it. Urinal in restroom has been broke for a month. No paper towels again. I just turned around and walked out today.
