Was apprehensive to try said sandwich establishment as the reviews are not very high, however my experience in the sandwich shop was impressive and set a new bar for customer service. The skinny one held the door for me and had a cool nickname. The one with the pretty purple hair had really sandwich recommendations. He also had a really cool nun shirt on. Ordered at 11:45. Come 2:30 still hadn’t received my food yet. I received a message at about 1:30 that my food was out for delivery. Even though my work is less than a mile away an hour later is still hadn’t received it. I was off of work and done treating patients by then. I asked each department (front desk, nurses station) if it had accidentally been dropped off there, no it hadn’t. I had specified to bring to therapy gym. My coworkers warned me not to order from here because delivery takes too long. I foolishly ordered and ended up hungry. I called and was told it would be days before my refund was posted, never offered to compensate meal or apologize. Go to Jersey Mikes!

Take freaky fast off the sign. Unfortunately I like the food but this is the worst location in the country, and Iv been to a lot of them. So slow, mess up my order every other time, horrible service. Employees are baked half the time. Seriously, I can’t understand how it’s so hard to make a sandwich and move faster than a snail. Love jimmy johns, HATE this location. You know it’s bad when I literally never leave reviews. But it’s just getting worse.

Probably the slowest sandwich joint I’ve ever visited. How long it takes to make a sandwich is probably the only consistent thing going for them. Drive through you’re looking a good 15-20 minutes per vehicle, so be aware if you’re on any sort of time crunch. Then when we finally made it to the window they were out of bread ♂️

Every time we go there, doesn’t matter what time of day, they are out of everything to make a sandwich, if they do have the bare minimum to make a sandwich the food is good. I love Jimmy Johns but the service and lack of inventory of food makes me not want to even bother going there.

*update: I raised to 3 stars since they appear to have cleaned house and at least make sandwiches now instead of the last crew staying out back and smoking with their friends ignoring their jobs. Bread was rock hard/stale and near inedible though, but the staff seems to be trying now at least, and I was able to get food that time, and a 2nd visit produced a real edible sandwich finally along with 2 staff that were friendly and doing their jobs, so I have hope for my former favorite shop now.

This was probably the worst Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. The service was subpar. They told my kids they were out of unwich wraps and then when I walked in they said they just need to “make more”. One of our sandwiches was not made correctly.
