Good value tasty food but the service left a lot to be desired sadly. We were a large group (15) and were seated in the conservatory area which was pretty cold in December. There is also only one toilet for the whole restaurant. Our booking was 1.30pm and we had pre ordered as requested, but one meal had not been prepared and my husband had to wait while we all ate. No compensation was offered or apology. We had to ask for water twice as the first time only a few glasses were provided, and no further drinks orders were offered throughout our meal. In fact we felt rather forgotten. We waited to be offered desserts and in the end my sister had to go and ask, it was 2.50pm by this point. She was told by the waitress that the restaurant closes at 3pm! She pointed out we had been waiting for some time and desserts were then rather hurriedly provided, though my daughter chose not to have one as she was worried the restaurant was closing, as were we all. The waitress was pleasant and attentive when serving us, but we were pretty much ignored throughout our meal and having to rush out desserts was not ideal. I would not recommend this restaurant for large groups based on our experience.

First time going to this restaurant and I can say I will definitely be back.
The place has a really fun and exciting atmosphere, the staff are friendly especially the manager. The food was amazing especially the lasagna and flake cheesecake.
The only negative was they run out of tiramisu but I was assured it will be back in stock very soon. Overall a top class Italian restaurant in Bedford, one of the best.

We had pre ordered as we were a table for 10. We waited ages for food only to find a item pre ordered was out of stock, they didn’t even care, just kept blaming each other. Place was rammed, it must have been a breach of fire regs as the table next to us had to move so we could get out to leave. Will never visit this place again

I took my mum and son here for a meal and ordered the soup of the day, but I was really let down. What I received was clearly a can of Heinz tomato soup, which my mum and I recognised immediately since she served it just last week! And she has plenty of in her pantry!
As someone who loves Italian food, it was so disappointing to be served something so basic and store-bought (and that could’ve been eaten at home for £1), instead of a fresh, homemade ‘soup of the day’.
I didn’t even take a bite because I genuinely dislike that soup.
I expected much more from a restaurant that promotes itself as serving authentic Italian food. We won’t be coming back.

Took a long time from ordering till the starters arrived, the starters were nice, main course was bland. When paying the staff member commented on the item I had ordered (a vegetarian med veg pizza) and said something like you should have got something with a cured meat on it if you wanted a better option. I am not a vegetarian but do often pick a vegetarian option and that comment wasn’t very necessary.

The service was shocking and the food was alot better..it took ages for the food to come, it came out in dribbs and drabbs 10min between 1st plate and last so no one ate together ,when we complained at the end ,I was told by the miserable waiter/owner that we all have bad days and that they were busy so it was to be expected. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

Attended for a friend’s birthday. Whilst the place is reasonably priced the quality of the food and wine was poor. Mentioned to the the waiter who said he would tell the kitchen…. Would have preferred a token gesture in response but just got a nod.
