I ordered dinner for me and my boyfriend tonight as I work at the mall and I wasn’t off until nine so I needed to get dinner. and I placed an order for a burrito bowl and a large chip and I got home to open my order and I discovered that there was no large chip and not only that. half of the items on my bowl are missing there’s no cheese or sour cream which they did leave a note about the sour cream in very small writing on the receipt, but that should’ve been communicated verbally when i picked up the order. i reordered an order that i do every single time and there is no cheese or sour cream on my bowl and i only wanted 5 things in here. This has happened to me with the chips, at least three times at this location in the last two weeks, and it’s getting very frustrating . The workers are not paying attention and it’s becoming very inconvenient because I have to spend half of my break, everytime going back to get the chips that they forgot and I paid for. and right now they are closed so i can’t even go get my order fixed. Do better chipotle. i also took a video of me opening the sealed bag if an email is needed for proof.

Atmosphere, we’ll its the mall. The service was annoying because I had to ask the hostess to repeat 2 or 3 times for everything. 2x should clue the staff into “talk up a bit and or enunciate! Your words!.

WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS. I first ordered my delivery from Uber Eats, it was stolen and took them so long to cancel it. NOW IT WAS STOLEN BEFORE MY DOOR DASHER arrived!?!?! IS YOUR STAFF NOT CHECKING THE PERSON WHO IS PICKING IT UP TO ENSURE ITS THE DELIVERY DRIVER!?!?!?! I will absolutely NEVER ORDER CHIPOTLE AGAIN NOW.

Ordered a steak burrito which turned out to be very salty. Talked to the store manager Priscilla Dominguez Cruz who insisted their food was of normal salty level. She asked me to try a bunch of ingredients of the burrito. I figured out it was the white rice that was super salty. I asked her to try the white rice, after which she insisted they were of the right salty level. Got a refund. Very disappointed with the food quality and customer service in this branch. When I asked for a refund, both the store manager and several of the staffs smirked.

One of those usual mall locations (imo not as appealing as standalone Chipotle stores). Ordered a chicken burrito with guac tonight, along with a water cup. Not sure if it’s the food or water, but I had diarrhea afterwards.

Just ordered a large chip and quac and in the quac there are half peices of avocados. Also there is STILL SKIN on the chunks of avocado and still part of the core of the avocado. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. You spend almost $6 on a large quac and it’s not even quac! Not to mention I have to peal the pieces of skin I can’t eat out of my dip. Will not be going back and I recommend you don’t either.

Horrific service. I online ordered a bowl and when I asked for it at the counter one of the servers glared at me and handed it over without a word. The other server, who was making my friend a burrito, practically threw it at her. The “medium” salsa was exceptionally spicy, more so than other locations. And there was a hair in my food that was too short to be mine. The drink machine was also broken. At least the food was fast.
