Every, and I repeat every time I stop here they forget food. And its part my fault because I don’t check the order before I leave as I don’t wanna tie up the drive through. I go to other taco bells,no problem.
Well after the sixth time I am done. I am boycotting this location.I will drive further into elyria as they never screen up my order. This time two taco supreme. How many other people are they doing this to?

It’s not the new workers fault but I really do hate when a first timer makes my food;( chunky burnt cheese, potatoes harder than friggin rocks and let’s totally not forget the 2 dollars in extra condiments… again not their fault but it ruins the expensive experience.

Honestly disappointing. Fries are so hard and cold with the container not even full, and chicken is so over cooked it’s like jerky. Genuinely disgusted, on top of them making us wait for the food it should have been done right.

Pulled up at 01:10 am and sat at the speaker for a couple of minutes. I asked for assistance 2 different times before they shut the lights off and closed. They could of at least explained there was a problem and they were closing early considering the window showed they are open till 02:00 am.

this tbell was the best one around for a while but something changed the last week or two. i’m sure it has something to do with food cost so my assumption is they just started to give people less than they pay for so they don’t get in trouble anymore. not to mention they just didn’t melt the quesadilla at all lmfao

Food was prepared as ordered; however, there was an initial issue with the automatic order taking that could not understand that I wanted to substitute an item, so an actual employee had to intercept the order and clear that up.

Went through the drive through to get asked to pull up. Was given the wrong order receipt, and went around again to fix it and was once again asked to pull up and I’ve been sitting for 20 minutes waiting on 4 items.

Stop by there today. I was standing there and no one would take my order. The manager even helped an employee log in at the cash register in front of me and didn’t even acknowledge me. He didn’t ask if I needed anything or if I would like to order. I left without a word being said.

The tacobell, in Amherst, near Friendship kitchen and crumble cookies, had only 2 workers working tonight at 10:45. 8/31. I was trying to enter the line and a car was backing out of the drive thru. I had to the back up as well so this person could leave the drive thru. The lady who took my order stated that since they were short staffed, they could only take orders less than $20. I ordered 4, 5 layer burritos. I was also talking on my Bluetooth speaker phone to my boyfriend, like I always do when I leave work. I explained to him after I ordered why the food needed to be less than $20. He said thats unprofessional and that their manager should hire more people and not make them work short. I told him, that’s how most places are now, short staffed. I then watched another car back up the drive thru behind me. Me and my boyfriend continued to talk about how people keep leaving and how they must have wanted more than $20 worth of food. I pulled up to the window to pay for my food. The lady who handed it to me said, “my coworkers stated that you were being rude and inappropriate and there’s just 2 of us and we’re doing our best.” I was baffled to hear her say this because I was just defending them to my boyfriend. He wasn’t singling anyone out, just thought it was unfortunate that the workers are stuck in this predicament. I I thought it was unprofessional that the cashier wanted to call me out about a private conversation I was having with my boyfriend and I won’t bother coming back because I thought she was rude when I was trying to show her patients and understanding.
