The food is always good! I have been there many times where the service is ok. I went there for lunch today around 11:15 am and I was the only customer my entire visit. I ordered right away because I knew what I wanted. The chips and salsa and my coke came out quick. I saw my server only one other time when she brought my food. I am leaving a bad review because my drink was empty halfway through my meal and I had to ask for a coke to go. The owner and my server were near the kitchen talking to each other most of my visit. I asked the gentleman if he was the owner and he said yes. I asked him why my server didn’t come to see if I needed a drink refill. He said he had to talk to her, which kept her from taking care of the customers. I responded and told him that it was very disappointing that he, as the business owner, caused a situation where there was poor customer service.

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve loved the food and atmosphere.
I came back after the renovations and change in ownership.
The food is as good as ever, and it filled me right up. ( I always order the number 5, two beef enchiladas.) I’m sad the price went up, but inflation is real.
The service was incredible! They took extra good care of me.
I miss the old decor and murals, and the new place looks bland and could use some color.
Otherwise I am very satisfied.

Everything is delicious and hot. Rice, beans, tacos, enchiladas ect. Highly recommend this place. Very reasonable prices! The help is very good.

My bf and I stop by to get a late lunch and we got sat quickly but the lady server took more than 5 minutes to bring us water but you can hear her talking in the kitchen and walking around then finally we got our waters and proceeded to ask if we were ready to order, i dont know why she was rude in body language, then the “owner” a bold guy was just starting at me and I felt uncomfortable that’s when I asked for a to go box. In my opinion go to LOS DOS POTRILLOS instead cause I won’t feel comfortable eating and getting stared at like I’m at the club.

The experience here was good. Good, solid Mexicano food. The chips and salsa was the highlight for me, but even those did not have a wow factor to them other than being soupy and runny, just as my wife likes them. The service was very friendly, served with a smile, but soft spoken. The chips were okay, not sure if they’re made fresh there or not. The food was okay as well. I got the michaca frita, which was basically build your own burrito with not only traditional ingredients, but with fried beef, onions, and peppers (which were pretty oily). My wife got taquitos, which she says we’re okay as well in flavor and texture. She said she could make them for cheaper. We do like the place though, and the people do work hard and seem to love their job. Overall a pretty good experience.

Erazo Mexican restaurant is fantastic! The flavors are authentic, and the tacos and enchiladas are a must-try. The chips and salsa are mind-blowing. The atmosphere is bright and lively, and the service is friendly. Highly recommend for a tasty Mexican meal!

Good food and the service are great. I’ve been coming here for years. The atmosphere lacks. It used to be such a fun place. Old murals, bright colors. Now it is beige and bland. Very sad.

Newly redesigned and owned Erazo’s is a delightful and seemingly authentic Mexican restaurant. It changed from a Mi Rancherito and still uses the old menus, but the food is wonderful and delicious. The design of the place is warm and bright. The service was on point and friendly. We took a gamble trying this place with the new ownership and we will return.

Have not been here since it changed name but we were told same menu, there was 2 people in the place when we got there with 7 people we made a reservation but it was not needed, when we lived in Sp Fork we ate there ALOT so visiting it was a must to go there. Sad to say it was Not the same, it took an hour to get our food, 3 people ordered the most expensive dinner on the menu and all 3 were cold in the middle the mac and cheese kids meal was disgusting it looked microwaved it hard clumps stuck to top of bowl( see photo) I had the fajitas they were average my wife had chili verda it was good both were hot. The service and food definitely need improvement.
