I’m so happy that we stopped in for brunch today! Another spot was busy with rude people from the moment we parked. We didn’t want anything too rich and my friend and I are Asian so I remembered that there’s always a great fusion menu here. And we’re so lucky that weekends also include DIM SUM. Everything was scrumptious. Got my kid homemade chicken tenders and fries. There’s a batch of soufflé pancakes being prepped in the back (call ahead if you want them)!

Can’t recommend this cozy spot enough. There’s no sign but the atmosphere is unmatched in the warm, friendly service and I’ve never tried anything that isn’t downright delicious.

Food was good – not great but good. Burger was unremarkable but the dumplings were very good. Both steamed and pan friend – excellent broth with lots of umami. Their soda selection includes some supposedly sweetened with honey but it was actually sweetened with lots of sugar – more than any usual soda and then included honey on top. 250 calories worth.

Who would have thought the combination of Dim Sum and burger could go so well together? It’s the best of both worlds, and it’s good that different people can have different food when they visit. Everything we tried was tasty (from burger to dim sum to fried rice). Would definitely return for more!

You might miss it since there’s no sign, but you’ll always remember it. These Gil and Jan are the nicest people you’ll meet. There’s always smiles and the service is fantastic. Most places make their food instagram worthy, and this place is no exception. However, the difference between this place and other places is that 310’s food actually tastes as good as it looks. The images you see in reviews? Always the same. I’ve come here for years now and my food comes out the same every time. Perfect.

Really excellent spot, and close to the freeway if you’re just driving through the east bay and need a break.

I only got the burger and bacon jam fries, I think the burger was called the traffic jam. Really good w the cheese and fried egg, and for as messy as it was, the bun held up to the end. Fries were good, the bacon jam on the sweet dude, but also really excellent. The beer came from a brewery next door, also really good.

Service was great, staff all friendly. While I’m not often in this area, this is on a short list to revisit and try something else.

What in the world did I find here?! From American comfort food, to Asian delicacies, they do SO MANY things well! The menu is extensive and eclectic, so I had my doubts when ordering wildly different dishes. Everything was delicious! Go with a group so you can sample a larger variety. Or maybe go a few days in a row and never have the same item twice! LOL! Even the variety of sodas will impress. The owners are so warm and engaging, making the whole experience exceptional.

What a fun find! The owners were the most friendly, welcoming (including to our pup), and helpful hosts ever. Delicious, healthy and reasonably priced food. Creative fusion menu, and dozens of beverage choices. We need to return soon since the menu has so many mouthwatering options. They have a kids’ play area on the restaurant side, Check out the table for mah jong in the bar area, with directions so you can learn with friends/family. Coming here will boost your mood and make you feel at home!

Love this place and the owners are so warm and welcoming! Always feels like you are going to a friend’s place for a meal. The burgers are really creative, and they even do Japanese souffle pancakes on the weekends (have to call by Friday to let them know you want to order them). Highly recommend for hearty, fun, outside-the-box burgers, fries, and sandwiches.

Huge, eclectic SoCal style menu at a really reasonable price. First time here so more to come on later visits but not a bad start! Pancakes were huge and absolutely heaped with fresh strawberries. Coffee was good! Diner style coffee usually isn’t, as I’m used to water of the brown variety, but this was good, stand up coffee! Soft shell crab sandwich needs some work in the flavor department (very bland seasoning, no dressing) and the oil they used broke so you got some of that off/rancid flavor in the crispy bits, which ruined it for me. But we’ll be back to try the dim sum menu, the burgers, and the other offerings.

**No wine, beer or booze at this place** but the brewery is right next door!
