Bubbakoo’s, or “Bubs” as we like to call it in our family. Is always our go to when we are feeling a taco and quesadilla night. I personally love the steak and chicken quesadillas. My step daughter loves the tacos. You can’t go wrong with their chips and queso. The quad is also phenomenal.
We order from here pretty regularly and I can honestly say I’ve never had any problems with our food. We definitely recommend to everyone we know that hasn’t had it before .

Totally confusing process. And the place wasn’t busy. The person behind the counter asked me what would I like. She points down to the bins in front of her. Nothing is labeled. Somethings you could figure out from the look of it ,somethings you could not. No suggestions. No idea what things are normally included. I had to ask her multiple times. what is that, what is that, etc. I felt like I was a bother.
The food was a tasty and having the right person at the counter can make all the difference in the world. I will not be going back to that particular location.

Great food, good portions and excellent customer service. Get more bang for your buck here than Chipotle. The crew at this location are top notch.

im never one to leave a bad review but this place is insane. food is good but somehow wrong EVERY time. this is probably my 6th time at this bubbakoos and its the only one i have a problem with, food is always either mixed up with someone elses, missing ingredients or just plain wrong.
update: immediately changing my review to a 1 star instead of a 2. very kindly asked them to remake my food and it was even worse this time and missing even more ingredients. bro get it together this is crazy

Google needs to offer negative number reviews. That said I specifically asked for NO LETTUCE for what my wife ordered and she spent a good five minutes picking it out. Also did a combo for my son and they forgot the soda. Here’s an idea, stop playing with your phones and take the time to make the order correct and as instructed.

Don’t know what happened, I used to be a big fan. Burrito was about half size. First bite was nothing but the tortilla shell. Opened it up and it was mostly rice, very little meat. I drove back, asked for a refund and they told me a supervisor would refund me in the morning, they are unable to process a refund. Now Im hungry and out $12.

Habachi steak is delicious. I ordered just the steak. Nothing else. The portion I got was hilarious and to make it worse they charged me the full price of the bowl $15.59. I called. Said the portions are pre set and the charge through the computer is set. I’m beat. Good food but don’t confuse the computer. Huge waste of money.

The lemon pepper wings were good, but didn’t like the blue cheese. The ring potatoes were good too but had too much cheese and it change the taste a little bit. But overall the staff is really friendly and make the best to provide a costumer service ❤️
