I went through their drive thru today at 4pm. The girl taking the order seemed to not know what she was doing. I order 2 meals. And a side item. Then I see on the screen she was charging me for 2 items I didn’t order and asked her to take them off. So she did. The one meal I ordered was a shrimp box. A man comes on the screen and said they dont sell shrimp anymore only a fish sandwich. I said your menu board shows several meals with shrimp. He said no more shrimp. It was hard to understand his accent. So I just ordered a chicken tenders meal. I got to the window and paid. The girl handed a bag of food. No thank you. No have a nice day. Shut the window. She forrgot my large drink. So I beeped but the man came to the window. I said the girl forgot my large drink. He said $3.99
I said it wasnon my order. He started yelling at me and saying what do you want it for free? And no I dont. I just want what I ordered and paid for. By that time my son in the car said forget let them keep it. But we will never come back to that location. We love Popeyes. The food is great. But the customer service is horrible. And the manager really needs to be retrained.
He shouldn’t speak to customers the way he does. I plain in making a call to their corporate office as well.

We went their yesterday on a Sunday night and had to go through their drive through, as they were short staffed so they couldn’t open up the dining room. The lady at the drive through was extremely nice and helped us the entire time with a pleasant attitude. Their spicy chicken sandwich was extremely good with their Cajun fries, as well as their warm apple pie. Great location!

The staff is nice here. Their snack wrap is PHENOMENAL AND ALWAYS FRESH. So is their mashed potatoes! McDonald’s snack wrap doesn’t stand a chance !

This is my first time going here since moving to Howell 3 years ago. I open the Mac and cheese and this is what they gave me. This had to be there since the morning. It smelt disgusting. The tenders were definitely over made earlier in the day and under a warmer for too long as well. Some serious training needs to be done. To qualify my appraisal I was a Director of Operations for an entire plaza on the turnpike and one of my concepts was a Popeyes.

Hot, Fresh and Clean. It’s a newer Popeyes, it’s well staffed, welcoming and efficient. I’ve found that most items are prepared when you order. You may be asked to wait a few minutes (average 5 minutes per visit) but the food is hot like no other fast food restraunt ever. I have never noticed long lines or crowds of people waiting for their orders. Theyust be doing something right…

I wanted something real quick to eat and wanted to try the beignets. When I arrived there was no wait. A young lady took my order. I got the 2 piece and a biscuit with the 3 piece beignets. It came to a little over $8. When I got in I ate and the chicken was salty and the beignets looked nothing like the picture. No powdered sugar and not enticing. There was nothing special and it was dry. Yeah this is not a good location.

Stay FAR away from this location , ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich. Got a regular chicken sandwich with terrible bacon on it. Was not even warm, not hot at all. Tasted old. Asked so some sauces for my meal, they said it’s 50 cents per sauce! Save your time and money and go up the street to Chic Fil a. I hope I don’t get sick after eating here.

The store smelled of burnt oil. Service was fine. Staff seemed miserable. When I opened the food at home , I smelled the same old oil and I had to throw all of the chicken away. I ate only the biscuit and Mac and cheese- that was clumpy and not heated through enough. I will never go back.
It’s a shame because I’ve eaten Popeyes in Brooklyn all the time and it was always delicious. There is something wrong at this location.
