To be candid, I planned on sharing my less that desirable experience today with this Burger King. But, as I was preparing ,my response, I read several others and come to the conclusion there is no need. I have nothing to add. Apparently this type of poor service appears to be common daily service. lesson learned.

I kept waiting over 10 mins to order food thur the drive thur . The black woman kept telling me one moment over n over for a very long time do i left went inside to place my order . They acted offended when i told them bout how i had to come inside. I just wanted to order a meal since I am fiabetic n gma. Apparently, I came to the wrong place. This place does not want to serve people food.. They lacking Customer Service professionalism. Let’s not even go into trying to be friendly. I will not be back. This place has gone downhill. Retrain rehire new people!!!!!

I tried to upgrade my fries to a large (of course paying extra) was told at 3:10pm on 5/25 that “subs aren’t allowed on coupons “ I didn’t want to sub but simply UPGRADE my fries to large. The coupon states NO SUBS but it doesn’t say no upgrades. Will be reaching out to corporate so me and the employees can have a further understanding.

Hello! I just wanted to make everyone aware of a situation that I just encountered, and warn anybody who made frequent the Burger King in Lee Summit.
This incident occurred about 2:45 PM on July 29th.

Today we stopped in to grab some quick food for our family, and ordered our son a kids meal with a milk. The milk was extremely pungent and spoiled, however, not expired. When I went inside to discuss the matter with staff, the only resolution was to replace the drink. The woman behind the counter visibly gagged when she smelled it, but her manager manager insisted that nothing was wrong. I just wanna make everyone aware of things like this so that no one, especially a child, gets sick. My assumption is that there is something wrong with your cooler, or it is not being stored properly. We normally do not taste the milk before we give it to our son, but thankfully, this time we did. What makes matters worse, is it the staff was so indifferent to the situation, unapologetic, and when I expressed my concerns of other children, possibly getting sick, she said: “that won’t happen, but you have a good day.” This just concerns me that they’re not gonna take this matter seriously. I just wanted to make people aware in case they are in that area. I did report this matter to the health department.

Slow as hell in drive-through. Wednesday night 830 only one other customer in the whole place and they have me wait at the drive-through window for five minutes cause they’re too lazy

Check your receipts. While waiting in the drive thru took a look at my receipt and noticed I was charged for “heavy cheese” on a whopper combo. Mentioned it to the worker. They offered to remake it. Thing is, they ask (sometimes) if you want cheese. But when you say yes they charge you double. I have checked the receipts from my last few visits since and 4 out of 5 times I was charged for heavy cheese. Only once was I charged for the single slice that has been on all 5 of my orders.
