Was passing thru traveling home stopped for lunch before hitting road again. The food was nice and made to what we wanted. The atmosphere was very family friendly and service was great. Had 2 children with us and even made them feel comfortable even when one spilt their water. The DM or GM or whatever her title was happened to be there and she announced herself and asked if we needed anything. Her name is Kristy Clark and we just wanted to let her know it was the best family atmosphere, good pizza and great staff of a food place we have been to in quite awhile. Kristy is doing a great job with making sure her place is clean, staff is well trained along with her willingness to help. We will be stopping when we come thru.

There is a African-American lady there that she does not want to be there. I got there and waited 20 Minutes for the drive-through when it was my turn She was super frustrated. Very condescending tone. I told her my order from there she just ignored meNo sign of acknowledgment or nothing. She just close the window and left Was it just left the window and didn’t come back. Waited 10 more minutes and she was nowhere to be found. I understand it’s Friday and is busy, but this is when it’s time to go when it’s busy. This store operates busy times and thats what keeps it alive. Not on a Tuesday night when it’s dead. She needs to get her priority straight. Next time I have to order. Guess what I will drive an extra 5 miles to another Pizza Hut, not here because obviously they do not want to help.

Order was never delivered, and I never received a full refund. When I contacted the store for help, the on duty manager hung up on me with no attempt to resolve the issue. This is unacceptable customer service and a waste of time and money. If you are visiting from out of town or ordering for your family, I recommend being cautious with this location until they fix how they handle delivery and refunds.

I came in around 4:30 after a long shift and was greeted by tira with great hospitality she asked if I was ready to order and recommend the breadsticks which I had never tired before. I gave it a try and lemme tell you she wasn’t playin bout them bread sticks they came out hot and within less then 10 minutes of me ordering them. Don’t even get me started on the taste of the breadsticks they were off the hook. 10/10 would come back

8/31 at 3:50pm I ordered Pizza for $22 for medium supreme barely any cheese or toppings. Go to Geno pizza joint or slices instead. Ordered 12 wings hot wings got only wings 6 and lady at the front wanted to argue I just stood there and showed her I got only 6 wings. She finally refunded me 8 bucks a some change. God only can judge, never going back to this location redeeming my rewards elsewhere

So I got 2 party boxes, even paid a 18 percent tip, and this is what I get: pizza sticking to the box, pizza not having marinara sauce when it’s supposed to, barely any sauce on the wings, no dipping sauce for the bread sticks or cheese bread, and I don’t even get a survey code on my receipt. Worse part of it is I paid about $90 and didn’t get that level of quality I expected.
