We came home on vacation and were super excited to have some pizza. After bringing it back to my mother in-laws house. We found both pizzas were extremely burnt on the bottoms. It tasted horrible. We were very disappointed to say the least. The only good thing was the wings. Waste of $75… I’ll go elsewhere when we come back next. I don’t recommend.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! The food was below average. If you can I would save the money you are going to spend and make a dish at home. As an inspiring food critic I have visited over 30 different states, 4 different countries and ate at countless restaurants and I wouldn’t recommend their food to anyone. My wife and I got charged a 8 dollar delivery fee that was never disclosed to us as well as spent 70 dollars to feed a family of 3. After I called with a complaint that my food was not fresh and was refrigerator cold he said that “ he’s over this conversation” and he refunded our money back. Below I will post how the wing sauce separates which is not normal and the honey mustard separates as well.

Well above average pizza! This place is kind of out in the middle of nowhere just past Fort Drum military installation. Is super convenient to get to very quick service! I’ve eaten here for lunch it’s lunch about 4 times in the last 3 weeks and have not been disappointed. Their pizza prices are absolutely fantastic a drink and 2 huge slices of pizza come to $7.83. There are about 6 booth style seats inside is inside and a few bistro tables outside. The table next to me had Buffalo wings which looked fantastic, so that’s my next sampling on the next trip.

I had gotten pizza from their other locations so I had high hopes I suppose.
I became suspicious when it appeared no one working there was old enough to drive yet. I ordered the pizza cooked regular but in the notes asked the cheese to be browned.
What I got was a pizza with the cheese undercooked and the crust burnt. Not charred, burnt. The edges were literally charcoal that crumbled to dust when you touched it. The underside of the crust wasn’t as bad but had enough black spots that it made it taste bitter.
Also the order of garlic knots were so overbaked and hard, they tasted practically stale.
Someone needs to learn to turn the oven down a bit. Won’t be back.

It’s hard to stop in Carthage for a family get together over the holidays without stopping by Stefano’s for some pizza.
I’ve never had a bad slice here and it’s easy to see why it’s a local favorite. The pizza is great of course, but the other Italian choices are great too. We usually get the wings (both bone in and boneless) and have never had an undercooked wing.
Bring in the family or just go yourself.. But definitely give this place a shot!

We finished up with an event at the Carthage school I need a quick place to eat before heading back home.
There isn’t a whole lot around in this exact area so we decided to hit Stefanos for some pizza.
My first impression was I was slightly worried that it was a Friday night at a pizza joint and I was the only person walking into the place.
There is seating inside if you would like to eat with your party there. We ordered and our pizza came exceptionally fast even though they were doing takeout orders.
Overall I think this is a perfect three out of five star type of place. Pizza wasn’t bad but it wasn’t really that great either. I would describe as bland tasting. But nothing that I couldn’t eat. It could use a cleaning but beyond that it as a “ok” experience.
Staff was friendly.

Stopped at this pizza place on my way back to my hotel from Ft. Drum. It is conveniently located just off post. The restaurant is clean, staff was friendly and most importantly they have a pesto pie. I ordered a large and it did not disappoint. The cheese on it is what other places would consider extra cheese. The crust has good flavor all to itself. I absolutely loved their Pesto pie. I highly recommend. If I lived here this would be my go to pizza place.

I am obsessed with mushrooms I love them on everything & every time I order pizza or a calzone places are always so stingy with their mushrooms but not this place they load everything up the way you want it I’ve never been disappointed when ordering from here. 10/10 my favorite place to go.
