Lovely small-town Wisconsin bar with great food at great prices. We visited early on a Friday evening and the place was busy but there was plenty of seating available and the food service was quick (less than half an hour). The wait staff were super attentive and friendly and the vibe was pleasant and family-friendly. The food was above average at very reasonane prices. We fully recommended and we will be visiting again.

This place carries on in the spirit of the original owner, Jorgie. They not only kept the name, they kept the 5-star reputation he had and they are proud to continue to do so. The food menu is typical mid-Wisconsin bar fare, but the quality is second to none, always great tasting, seasonal, and impeccably served down to the details. YOU CAN’T GO WRONG!! Bacon Double Cheeseburger that I almost couldn’t finish, it was so large. I NEVER say that. Fries were perfect. I usually order 2 entrees elsewhere at some places. My advice. Don’t try that here.

Everything we have ordered has always been fresh and absolutely delicious!! I love the haddock & fries, and my husband enjoys burgers. We both like the pizza, and a MUST try… cheese curds! We recently tried the deep fried lobster and it is the best around!! It is a great place and we highly recommend it.

Stopped in a Saturday for a bite to eat. I’m not from the area so I wasn’t sure what to expect but was greeted quickly and got my order taken almost right away. Friendly hard working staff got my food out in about 10 minutes. burger was great. Would recommend!!

We decided to take a short drive from Oshkosh and give this place a try. What a pleasant surprise, and affordable as well.
I had the bacon cheeseburger special with fried pickles and my wife had the Jorgie Special with fried asparagus. Both of our sandwiches were tender, full of flavor, juicy, well-seasoned, and decently sized. Both side dishes were excellent.
Definitely will return!

Best fried perch anywhere! Kind of in the middle of nowhere but we love the 30 minute drive to get that fish fry! Awesome staff. Nothing fancy and always quite busy on Fridays. It’s busy for good reason. You can expect to wait for a table so enjoy some drinks while you’re there.
