The Papa John’s on Dixie is always busy, but the team still gives 100% to get the orders out quickly. The pizza always tastes great — I’ve never had a single complaint based on my experience. The staff is very polite and attentive. Definitely one of the best Papa John’s locations I’ve been to!

Ordered from here like i do almost once a week but ive never ordered from this location. This location uses doordash drivers and at some point between the store and my friends house the cheesesticks looked like they were missing half the order and looked like theyd been tossed around ridiculously and only half of the pizza had toppings and sauce on it while the crust was hard as a rock. When i called to inquire about the order and the way it came they assured me they were going to make another order and have it “redelivered” and the wait time would be 45 mins to an hour… that was at 8:43pm and here it is 11pm and my friend and our kids have not seen a driver in sight. If you want to spend $30.00 on some hard crust and shoddy service…. This is your spot

I had a terrible experience at Papa John’s. As soon as I walked in, the staff was goofing around and acting very unprofessional. One employee was actually eating over someone else’s food while it was being made, which is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable.
I waited an entire hour just to find out my food had been given away to someone else. Then I had to wait even longer for them to remake my order. There was no apology, no thank you. I was simply told to wait to the side until it was done.
This was terrible customer service and shows a complete lack of training and management. I would never eat at this location again. Very disappointing experience.

The food was supposed to be done at 6:04 and it wasn’t done until 7:40 because the workers had to remake pizzas bc they were burnt and when we got out pizza they were very toasty and we also ordered garlic knots but opened the box to cinnamon bites/rolls. Those were also pretty toasty and not edible.

I ordered lunch online for delivery from their app for our employees today. The online tracker said it would be delivered at 12:36. At 12:41 I called the store questioning the delay. The acting manager said it was just going in the oven. I replied: “It was supposed to be delivered 5 minutes ago and you’re telling me it just went into the oven?” Unapologetically she replied: “What do you want me to do, it is a pretty big order?” How about sincerely apologize for the delay and offer a discount on a future order? I’m not shocked this location has a 3.4 Star rating. Absolutely horrible customer service!

– This is the second time I was not happy with my food from this Papa John’s on 5363 Dixie Hwy.
– I put a picture of how my garlic parmesan breadsticks are supposed to look. Then a picture of how they tried to give them to me. I asked them was these breadsticks suppose to look like this. The guy didn’t answer me, so I asked for my money back.

The service was fast and the manager was nice but the food looked horrible. I see why it was fast now, I had to call back up to store and say something. She ended up refunded me, they training some new hires. So hopefully the next time goes better.

I ordered 2 medium original crust pizzas online. When the pizza arrived I noticed that the crust was thin crust! I attempted to call the store several times! One time waiting on hold for 31 minutes and NO ONE still didn’t answer! I finally was able to get an answer 2 hours later and explained to the manager what the issue was! The manager proceeded to go back and forth with me about MY pizza! She told me she is the manager and she is the only one in the store (hence probably why no one ever answered the phone for customer service earlier). And she remembers making those pizzas and that my pizza isn’t thin crust! She continued to try and convince me that 1. My pizza isn’t thin crust and 2. That I didn’t call!
In the end I got a refund after she rudely asked me if that is what I wanted! I have no reason to lie! And papa John’s jst lost a customer jst off this experience!

The pizza was good but the food looked like it piled into each other in the oven. The cheese sticks and pizzas were all folded up. I understand this store gets busy but you shouldn’t send food out looking like this.

Worst pizza i have ever seen from Papa John’s. Dough must have been expired. It smelled like beer. It was flat and you can see they forgot to put cheese on the 3 outside inches of all of them. It was not Papa John quality.
