I have edited my review due to the following… the last few times, I have ordered the NY style pepperoni pizza and a side salad. Each time, it has not been ready. I have been later to pick up and the order was not finished. I have had to ask for the salad and dressing every time, since there are usually non available in the case(my orders have all been online). As far as the pizza goes, I will let the photos speak for themselves. The store was quiet each time. The person working usually sends off an attitude of some kind. This is the only location I have had these issues with.

Ordered pizzas through their app and everything seemed good. Pizzas were to be delivered at 5:00. Then through their app said5:06. Later 5:30. Then 5:45 -6:09 ? So called pappa Murphy and asked about my order. Staff was rude and said they may I need to call the people they subbed the work out to. In their app there was a number but after multiple attempts no answer. Pappa Murphys took my money at 4:45 and never reimbursed me. Staff said I had to take it up with whoever they subbed the work it to. I’ve been scammed and cheated. Also hungry. Luckily I’ve never had problems from Domino’s. Ordered our food tonight from them. It was good but upset I was cheated and treated poorly by their staff.

I never usually do this, but this was actually unacceptable. I know the name Shane is a fake name, but who ever is working tonight the closing shift was absolutely horrid with customer service. I will be speaking to the owner chris about this one. Wasn’t too mad at first till he lies about the name, like you truly think I’m not going to be able to find you? ok. Needs to go back to training for customer service.

Went there 10/15 at 3p.m. and the customer service was amazing. The gentleman that was working did an amazing job on both pizzas and was very quick and friendly. One of the BEST papa murphys in Boise!

I didn’t get the girl’s name but I went in and asked if I paid for extra mods would they make me a stuffed crust pizza. She said she had never done it before but she was super excited to try and wanted to know how it came out. The pizza was gorgeous and delicious. The employees are super friendly and dedicated to making a good experience.

On more than one occasion the order that I called in was wrong. They expected me to take the pizza that they made even though it was not what I ordered AND to make the correct pizza I would have to wait another 20 minutes, having already waited 45 minutes before pickup (per employees time frame). Terrible customer service!

Worst experience EVER! The customer service is beyond unfriendly, absolutely rude, completely lazy and downright awful. No one says hi and they are put out that you have even walked in the store. The presentation of the pizza is absolutely terrible and the store is usually dirty. Honestly, a child could make a better looking pizza and at least they would be friendly while doing it! The staff is more into their music (that is not family appropriate) than doing their job. I will purposely be driving 5 miles out of the way to a different store so I don’t have to deal with this staff and the food. I HIGHLY suggest NOT going to this store!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love Papa Murphy’s it’s the only place I will get pizzas. However this location is terrible. I ordered a dairy free pizza because I am lactose intolerant. When I opened my pizza someone had put the correct cheese on the bottom but proceeded to put dairy cheese all over the top of the pizza. I had to take all of it off by hand to even eat my pizza. And then to make matters worse. I bit into a piece of pizza and there’s a plastic tagger piece from something on my pizza. This is ridiculous.
