4 sides of ranch, and they filled them about 25%. This was supposed to be enough ranch for 24 wings and fries, but it was only enough for 6 wings. Was a delivery order so i was t able to ask for more ranch and don’t have any in the house. I had to air fry the soft rubbery fries. Disappointed isn’t even close. Ruined my dinner and paid 50 bucks to be in a bad mood. Makes me not want to order delivery, there’s no pride in food service anymore.

This place was amazing when I first discovered it, now I’m disappointed every single time I order. Every, and I truly do mean EVERY time I order a side of ranch, they do not give it to me. Every order is listed to come with one ranch so if I pay for another, I expect two. It never happens, and only has ever happened if I call the establishment and remind them of what I paid for before my dasher gets there. Tonight was the last time. I’m officially done paying for items I don’t receive. They didn’t give me my extra dressing or my drinks. I’m not one to complain usually but it’s literally EVERY TIME.

I don’t normally do reviews but this was so bad I have to… it doesn’t even deserve one star. We did pickup and it automatically adds a 20%tip. We had to ask them to add sauce because there was barley any. The fries were horrible,the fries seemed they they were left out all day and were recooked, we won’t even be giving any to our dogs. The chicken was still raw. The pies were decent.

I would have given them 5 stars on the food quality, taste etc……However I spent a half hour looking for this [;ace amnd when I finally got through to someone at the number in their ad the person that answered the phone worked for Chilies. Nowhere in their ad does it state ” Its just Wings” Is in Chilies and it took forever. So, rating them on placing the order, the ease of placing it, then rating the food is all too confusing. You can rate the food but who is cooking it Chilies? Then is it takes too long or lets say they forgot the sides and utensils..THAT would be on Chilies. The food was great but the hassle of ordering and driving around for a half hour trying to find “Its just Wings” was just a little too much

Ordered boneless chicken 30 minutes later I received a call to let me know that they were out of boneless chicken?!? Didn’t even change the amount to bone-in amount…also ordered the famous fried Oreos and then were extremely over done…first and last time

Amazing food. Didn’t stay ended up getting it to go but only because we didn’t know we could stay. So next time for sure we staying. Great prices also along with their food specials who wouldn’t stay. Face it promotions approved.
