As most of the other comments state, this place always misses things / orders are wrong. Bagel and cream cheese has no cream cheese. Missing items.
I have been 5 different times, wondering if its just the time of day or how busy it is. Its not. It’s is always bad.

This Dunkin’s is trash, they never get any coffee right and when asked to fix it they refuse to fix your coffee. I’m never going to this Dunkin’s again they are literal trash. The workers are always rude and not one person there clearly likes their job. If you don’t want to make a coffee correctly find a different job.

Burnt my bagel to a crisp, like a charcoal
Briquet, 2 days in a row. What I don’t understand is, how does a person preparing that food, take a look at it, and think it’s fine to serve somebody? It amazes me, how you can go into one place, and get such crappy food, and service, but then go into the other dunkin right up the road , and it’s perfect. It’s always a people problem.

Staff is always rude and mean to me and are selective to who they greet, no matter how nice you are. The bald lady always treats me like garbage and made fun of me because I came into the store to get my coffee everyday. I don’t know if she’s like this towards me because I have a disability, but it felt like it since she never so much as says good morning to me…but will for everyone else…
I’m a very soft spoken kind of person and I never said or did anything to make these girls just completely despise me. I’ll be going to Starbucks for now on. Very very rude and unwelcoming staff.
Edit: I don’t know her name, but the way a few of the new ladies greet me is very nice. She tells me good morning and she always has a smile on her face and tries to start a conversation. It’s a nice change and I hope this place keeps going in that direction.
Edit of the edit: Those nicer ladies seem to be gone and the new people they have just don’t seem like they know what their doing. I went to get my coffee today and I had to spit my coffee out because it was sour. The lady’s working there were completely bothered and annoyed that I wanted it fix. It took them three tries, and it had to be switched out to a medium, which was not my original order.
No more chances.

Pretty average dunkin, so definitely not bad. Got a couple of drinks and they were good as expected. And service was fast and professional, I was able to use a gift card I was gifted to pay for the majority of my order with no problems or hang ups. Atmosphere wasn’t amazing because it was the new dunkin design that’s super simplistic but other than that and a slightly confusing parking lot it was good.

Literally ran out of the store crying because one of the lady’s working there made fun of me for getting coffee on a holiday (easter Sunday). Some people don’t have family to celebrate the holidays with. All i wanted was the one thing to get me up in the morning and I was scolded for showing up as a regular. If you don’t want customers, don’t open Easter Sunday. My mental health took a beating because of you and your co-workers. I hope you guys sleep well at night cause I sure dont…

I tried to order a hot flavored coffee with whipped cream or some specialty coffee, and they said they didn’t have anything like that. So I ordered the drink pictured on the menu with cream and sugar. He gave me a cup of milk with a splash of coffee and no sugar. Gross!
