Everything about this restaurant was more than five stars if they had more than five star rating! Everything was above excellent. The food was superb! If you go away hungry it’s nobody’s fault but your own. They make sure you get full. My daughter and I both have fancy drinks and they were properly mixed and The Taste was out of this world. I highly recommend one Colorado Mexican restaurant at Murray Hill.

We came here for a quick meal as this was convenient for us. The interior is clean, and there is a section for adults over 21. The server was nice and took our order pretty quickly. I had the steak fajitas, which was decent. We also ordered a queso dip and grilled chicken salad (the salad was just shredded lettice with a piece of chicken over it).

You want a burrito bowl that is 100% worth the price? Then go here! I stopped in to get some Mexican food around 8:30pm-9pm because I was really craving it, looking over the menu I picked out the Pollo Asado Burrito bowl. Its not small at all, portions of the chicken, Mexican rice, lettuce, beans, Pico, guacamole, sour cream and red cabbage are perfect. For 19.95$ its worth it all to order this the next time you’re in.

Good stop for Mexican fare, located in a strip mall with lots of parking. Outside it looks small but it is a lot bigger with multiple tables and seats. Ambiance is what you would expect and staff is attentive and nice even if they had a long day at work. Food is delicious and you can be adventurous on the spice level. Chips come in and can be refilled. Overall a nice experience and enjoyable food.

It offers a variety of Mexican dishes you can’t find at other restaurants like the caldo de pollo. While their special burrito didn’t quite match its deep price, the flavors were okay. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to dine in, only to grab our meals to go. But overall, their food is more on the more expensive side. The interior was nice, it felt like being on Mexico again.

This was my first time at this Juan Colorado location, and I’m really disappointed. We came on a Tuesday around 7pm, but left around 830pm there were five tables total and two waitresses working. Despite that, the service was extremely slow. After waiting about 30 min we were told the kitchen never got our order, and that it would be right out, another ten minutes goes by and we finally get our food, only for the chicken, rice and beans to be over cooked and the wrong tortillas, no one ever checked in on us to see how our food was doing and when we finally got some attention, it took another ten minutes to check out.
We’ve been to other Juan Colorado locations before and always had great experiences, but this one completely missed the mark. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back to this location.

My son and I arrived for a late lunch at 3PM. I saw a specials board with a 13.00 chimichanga, ordered that, was told, “That was for lunch.” No apology at all. Made a drink order. A Coke for me, milk for my son. Drinks arrived, the milk was obviously curdled, and our “waitress” was nowhere to be found, so I flagged down the 2nd waitress. At that time, my son and I were the only customers in the dining room. The 2nd waitress (still no sign of the original one) brought back the same curdled glass of milk in a to-go cup. After a 25 minute wait for our food, entrees were served. My son had ordered a cheeseburger which arrived, dry and with wrinkly, unmelted cheese. Sent that back for a melt on the cheese, and the same burger came back, with the cheese still unmelted and waxy. I used to come to Juan Colorado often, but never again. A shout out to the manager, who came and spoke to us at length, and even admitted that it wasn’t the first time such complaints had been made. I used to recommend Juan Colorado to people for the great food and service. Like I said before, never again

Juan Colorado has been a family favorite for many years. I can’t speak much on other locations, but this one is ALWAYS good. Friendly/helpful staff, clean inviting environment, and great food. If you’re a fan of heat, I definitely suggest their hot sauce. If you are a fan of margaritas, they have gigantic ones. Think small rim salted punch bowls on a stand. If you go that route be sure to have a driver in place cause they don’t mess around. All around fantastic place. I’ll be back before long.
