My wife and our 2 daughters came through the drive thru today and we are absolutely floored with emotion. The two gentlemen working were the absolute nicest employees I have ever met in my life. Ben was the name of one of the employees at the first window and I didn’t catch the second but oh my gosh they were just a beam of light. Soo incredibly nice. I wish I could leave 100 stars for them. Absolutely incredible.

1-28-26 at 4:30pm I stopped in drive thru and ordered Whopper jr’s 2 for 5. The person taking my order ask me would I like to add bacon or cheese to my sandwiches. I said yes to bacon!
I was charged $175 for each sandwich. No problem I’m adding bacon (but) When I get home I hardly had any bacon on my sandwiches to justify being charged $175 per sandwich. I’m so upset because there’s no way to justify me being charged so much for bacon crumbs. The bun was cold not toasted or steamed, cheese was not melted and the meat was cold,
sandwiches barely had the correct topping amounts.
I frequent this location a lot on my way home at least 4-5 times per week because it’s convenient- I mostly only buy an ice cream cone.
The person in the grill that was wearing a headset listening to my order being taken and purposely did not make my food correctly, they know it and I know it shame on YOU!!!!!!!!
I managed a fast food restaurant for 10-years when I was younger. I have multiple food service certifications. I am spot on about what took place.
Going forward I will never stop at this location and instead use the Zeeland business 96 location because I can’t recall ever receiving cold , incorrect food service……..

Multiple times Iv tried grabbing dinner after work at night, the store closes at 12midnight and the employees says there closed when I get to the drive thru at 11pm already and turn me away! I see from reading reviews that I’m not the only one with this experience!! If your closing at 11pm then fine but don’t false advertise that your open until midnight I won’t be wasting any more of my time at this location

What a joke. Thank god I barely eat here. Family went thur drive thur Thursday night. Food we ordered was wrong, cold, staff was a good, didnt bother that they had a customer at the counter to address our issues. They still got it wrong. What an unorganized team of clowns. Double check the order and work as a team. No wonder they are always hiring. Red flags all over the place and I already reported this on the bk survey right when it happen

The food is always good and the service is great, especially Zoe, who volunteered some recommendations on how to bundle the items in my order to save money. Definitely recommend using coupons which cut your bill almost in half. Like most fast food restaurants, prices have gone up quite a bit.

Came to this location at 11 to get some dinner they said they were closed. I had checked Google before going there it said they close at 12…. Something could have been going on but all they said to me when I pulled up was sorry we are closed , see you tomorrow
