Los Maya’s Mexican Restaurant truly delivers a 5-star experience! The chimichangas are perfectly crispy and flavorful, the queso is rich and absolutely delicious, and the quesadillas and fajitas are made with authentic taste and fresh ingredients. Every dish reflects true Mexican flavors and quality. Great food, great service, and an overall amazing dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Mexican cuisine!

We have always had a good experience here! We love the little outdoor area and bar space. It looks like they’ve updated the interior recently – not that I’d care. The food is always great, service too, and it’s clean. Plus there’s flea markets on both sides so you can thrift when done! They have a kids menu, Taco Tuesday deal, and a happy hour. Great margaritas!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant. Food and service is always excellent!! Plus Margaritas are good too! I have Celiac disease and they’ve always been very accommodating. I’ve never had a reaction.

Hit and miss. The salsa was exceptional. Tamale was terrible. Guacamole was good. Enchiladas were okay. Tacos were meh. So it’s kind of all over the place foodwise. Service was great, they were very nice. Cool little spot.

Good service and pretty good guacamole. Also good cheese dip. Lunch menu prices were fair and it was pretty good.

Hot Springs is swamped with people/tourists and it takes 1 to 2 hours to get seated anywhere for dinner. I looked for somewhere to eat outside of Hot Springs and found this Mexican restaurant that seemed authentic without the long wait and crowd.
We were seated immediately and brought water. They have beer and mixed drinks here. The micheladas were very good.
We ordered carne asada and steak and shrimp. Both plates were good. The chips and salsa were great because the salsa had some heat to it.
My carne asada was tender and seasoned. The rice was good and my husband’s shrimp and steak were good.
I asked for green sauce and it was a tomatillo sauce with cilantro that was delicious.
My only complaint is I think the beans were canned. They didn’t taste bad. I could just tell they came from a can. And the 2nd basket of chips were extremely stale.
We would definitely return for more delicious Mexican food.

Very good food. Service has always been great. You won’t wait for refills. Outside seating options, which I love.

Would I return? Yes
We stopped in here, haphazardly, after having ridden through Hot Springs downtown, which was PACKED! We decided not to mess with the massive crowds at dinner time as a result of the eclipse.
The restaurant has a moderate crowd, and we were seated immediately.
Our drink orders and food orders were both taken and served swiftly!!
I ordered the Alambre: shown in the review here. It was very savory and sizeable portions!
