TERRIBLE PLACE – even worse experience…
Upon arrival around 11:45 a.m., we were the only customers inside, aside from a delivery being made to the store, and there was only one employee present.
He took our order and mentioned they had Diet Pepsi, though there were none available in the front cooler. We seated ourselves in a booth. The TVs were on with no volume, and we could clearly hear the employee making personal phone calls in the back.
When our food was brought out, he said, “Oh, you didn’t get your Diet Pepsis?” We explained there were none available in the cooler. He returned with semi-cold bottles of Diet Pepsi — no cups of ice and no straws.
Our personal pan pizzas were placed on the table still inside the boxes. The breadsticks were not cut into sticks at all — just one large piece of bread. There were no plates, no forks, and no napkins provided. The only thing visible in the dining area was a roll of brown bathroom paper towels sitting on a table. I had to ask for napkins, and we were given five. No pepper flakes, no parm…
One last thing… had I knew the drink would not be fountain drinks we would have never went here.
Sadly, the nostalgia and experience that used to come with dining here is completely gone. The location appeared to barely be holding on. The service, presentation, and overall experience were extremely disappointing.
We will not be returning or recommending.

We ordered a delivery order for dinner last night, 12/05/2025 – Two pizzas, a salad, and a side order of fries. The delivery gentleman arrived with our order and the first thing he says, “they said they didn’t have a salad and they will credit your order.”
Before he left, we asked that he wait while we checked our order, and he kindly did. After checking the order, we noticed they had forgotten our order of fries also.
At that point, we tried to call the restaurant to discuss our order and the credit that needs to be issued. We sat on hold for 25+ minutes – No one ever answered our call.
When we went to eat the pizza, the dough was not even fully baked – it was raw. We were unable to eat the food.
We never received a phone call, a credit has not been issued, my credit card has been charged for the full amount.
This is absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve always loved going to Pizza Hut—the pizza has been great, and the atmosphere used to be awesome. Unfortunately, my most recent visit just wasn’t the same. The restaurant looked like it could use some remodeling and a good cleaning, and the overall atmosphere felt poor compared to how it used to be.
The service was okay, but there was a lot of employee chatter and complaining, which took away from the dining experience. I truly hope to see this location get back to the high standard that made Pizza Hut such a fun place to go in the past.

Food and tip was prepaid on the Pizza Hut app. The food was about an hour late
The driver did not read the delivery notes that said “do not knock or ring doorbell, leave food at door”
Driver proceeded to ring the doorbell multiple times, scaring the dogs and waking the baby. What was supposed to be a quiet night in was quickly ruined by the Pizza Hut delivery driver.
I asked the driver is he could see the delivery notes, he pulls out the receipt and says “uhh sorry”
The pizza was greasy and soggy. Not extra crispy like I selected in the app. This was honestly one of the worse pizzas I’ve had in my life.
I’m disappointed I spent my hard earned money on that awful experience and honestly I’m glad this Pizza Hut is one of the 250 getting shut down.

I have personally seen an employee bring their giant dog inside the place multiple times. Local (unemployed) teens hang there and hang outside the drive through window, which are located behind the counters. Is known to be a local teen hangout spot and been told they also get free meals. Cant imagine what else goes on inside there, but extremely unsanitary and im sure as hell never eating there.

We went there tonight and it was horrible! We dined in, had to order at the counter ( not a big deal)…ordered a large pizza, cheese sticks, and a personal pizza with 4 drinks. Food was brought to the table with no silverware, no way to serve the pizza. We asked for silverware and was given plastic forks, asked for ranch for dipping and had to pay extra for it. This is definitely not somewhere we will visit again..an employee must have had her kids with her while she was working as they were screaming and running around the restaurant…the employees that we dealt with definitely didn’t want to be there working!

For one medium pizza, one kids personal Pizza and one bottle Coke and two bottles of water being $30 and gave a $2 Tip for eating inside apparently they charge to give you any red pepper flakes. Parmesan employees are horrible here and I remember why I don’t come back to this place The men’s bathroom has cigarette actions all over the floor like somebody’s going in there and you’re smoking we ordered it at 12:04 noon as you can see in the receipt. The girls bathroom door is super hard to shut

Requested “light sauce”, paid for extra cheese and extra mushrooms. Pizza was delivered under cooked, over sauced, no extra cheese, and cold! Breadsticks were cold. Wings were overcooked and dry. Disappointing.

Ordered a few pizzas for pick up at 10:30. A call service in India took my order and said it would be ready in 45 minutes. Drove up there at 11:05 and the lights were out with not a single car in the lot. I checked the website and the Hillview location is supposed to be open until midnight on Fridays.

I was genuinely impressed with this location. The store is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The manager was nice enough to change the TV for us. We’ll definitely be coming back and enjoy more pizza inside this store.
