Scott was extremely helpful with arranging my call-in, carryout order of pizzas to transport back to TN. He provided detailed instructions for preparing the pizzas, and was very generous in gifting a spinach pie for my anti-meat partner to taste. They may be less attractive works in my kitchen, but surely taste like Chicago!

Lou Malnati’s pizza is great. Just don’t risk it and order on a night when there’s a big sporting event. They can’t handle it. Just told my daughter to come home after waiting with 20 other people for 45 minutes, while watching others cancel there orders. Tried calling. Guess they aren’t taking calls. What a show. Lou – Please talk to your VP of Operations and ask them what they are doing.

I ordered a small deep dish Lou pizza to be picked up at a specific time. It turned out great, delicious it stayed warm after drying 8-10 minutes. The front desk person was nice and helpful. My wife said it was the best pizza ever!

Im not from Chicago hearing all the hype bout chicago deep pizza i was like I’m ready to try. I googled places who serve deep pizza and I got this place the reviews were good so we came here. Red flag # 1 it wasn’t a dine in place Redflag #2 42.00 for a deep 3 topping pizza. We waited at least 30 mins in their lobby area. After getting home to eat the pizza the pizza tasted like it wasn’t cooked all way thru not sure if it was or cause how many layers it had. The pizza had a distinct taste to but not sure what it was but it wasn’t a good distinct taste. (If you know wat i mean) I won’t be coming here again and I’ll look for another pizza place to get that Chicago good pizza

Lou’s used to be the best pizza in the area by far, but it has really gone downhill lately. Especially now that they use door dash for delivery. I do NOT understand why they cannot keep their pizza hot before it’s picked up and delivered. Cheap places like Domino’s are able to do this! I am done paying a lot of money for cold pizza!

Lou Malnati’s is an absolute gem in the Chicago deep dish pizza scene! As Canadians visiting for a national men’s hockey tournament, we were blown away by the incredible pizza served here. From the first bite, it was evident that each pie was made with precision and care, leaving us wanting more. A special shoutout to the manager, Scott, whose meticulous attention ensured that our order was nothing short of exquisite. So disappointed in the $43 Lou’s pizza that was just delivered tonight from the Bolingbrook store. I was so looking forward to this after a day of fasting for a medical procedure. Damn! I ordered the pizza to be cooked “well done” expecting a crispy charred crust. Nope. What was supposed to be a well done and crispy pizza order came as a limp soggy crust except for the very edges. Toppings slid right off.
Last time they screwed up my order, too. At least this time, they prepared the pizza with the correct toppings.
Lou Malnati’s is a very good pizza and I like it a lot. It’s just this store seems to not pay attention to their online order requests. Two orders, two screwups. And with delivery, there’s really nothing I can do except review.
