She also sells 1st Phorm supplements which are some the best around, everything from Protein powder to multivitamins she has it all and she always promoting a healthy lifestyle.
The owner is one of the coolest most down to earth person that I have had the pleasure to meet!

If I can GIVE A ZERO I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! This morning I called asking what she had for bagels mind you. I’m speaking to the owner that does not sound friendly at all “morning grouch voice”. Like girl be for real your day is just getting started (cheer up) your working with our beautiful community. She goes on telling me that she will be opening at nine. It was 830am when I called, I pull up to her place of business. Another vehicle in front of me being served at 8:50 am. I begin to place my order which she refuses to take my money saying she is not prepared to break a $100 bill while having a (RBF) i’m sure you all know what I mean by that. I explained to her that I did not have my debit card on me at the moment, but would really like to place my order. She basically refused to serve me and nonchalantly just closes the window without saying a “goodbye” “ sorry” anything in that nature and RUDELY slams the window. Mind you I have been to the location in downtown Grandview and have also been treated poorly and again NOT welcomed with a hello how are you. Being the “owner” (NOT COOL) I feel that she should/could do a lot better. She totally lost my business for good. Let’s do better local business owners so you can have the support of the community. Have a nice day rant over.

This is my second time ordering from them! They messed up on my smoothie twice and absolutely poor customer service! The first time they said they would give me a free smoothie on my next visit but when i ordered, they pulled back their offer to just a $1 off! Rediculous!! Second drink was made wrong AGAIN! And they owned it that it was their fault but instead of offering to make me another one… she gave me a $1 off the next drink! There won’t be another drink ordered! Absolutely poor customer service! It’s unfortunate! -And her pricing is through the roof!! Way to expensive to not get what you order!
