We waited over 20 minutes for our food and there was no one else in line. The fries and burger were cold. I asked for no mayo on the burger. Then when they handed me the burger, I asked to make sure there was no mayo. Got on the road, opened the burger and there was mayo on it. No apologies from the staff for the long wait. Completely disappointed.

As you can see it’s not busy at all. They have 4 workers and took 5 minutes almost to get someone to take my order and another 5 to make it. I have come here a few times in the past few years to get about the same results, always hoping it’ll get better. The prices are outrageous for a fast food joint.

Me and my boyfriend came for lunch, we got there and it wasn’t super busy, we finished our food (which was decent and we didn’t wait super long ) and decided we wanted a shake to go, at this point a school came in so they were super busy, they kept taking orders and were super backed up and we waited 20 mins for my small chocolate shake . this place is good with timing when they aren’t super busy but don’t come here when they’re super busy, you might be waiting for an hour

I actually didn’t stick around long enough to get food. I went today and stood in line hoping to get a breakfast sandwich. There was a woman behind the counter helping the employee put something in the system … turned out she was the customer. The employee had zero idea how to do what she needed, and she apparently had worked in a Hardee’s before and knew how to do what needed to be done. But after she did that, the employee still couldn’t figure out what he was doing. The two actual employees working with him just stood there looking at him. No idea if any of them were managers. I finally got fed up when they couldn’t figure out how to make change and just left. I put this on the managers – if your employees are so new or so poorly trained that they can’t figure this out, you need to be standing next to them assisting.

Went to the drive thru to get food and waited in line for 30 minutes before anyone came to the speaker to take our order. Got to the window and took another 45 minutes to get our food. I almost ordered pizza and drove off before they got me my food. If you wanna waste your time waiting for food, I highly recommend doing that here. I highly recommend not going here. Don’t waste your time. Got home and tried eating the food and ended up throwing it all away. Everything came out cold. I told them they were lucky I was even paying for the food for waiting so long. I will never be coming here ever again. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever eaten

I shared some pictures of my Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich. As you can see this was very weak. This will never compete with any other chicken sandwiches from other restaurants. The taste was good but look how small this thing is…. I was not happy and I cannot see how this would pass QA…

I came there to get me a double melt. But I’m glad that I just got the five dollar meal. The cashier knows better than to play with a dog and then serve people food. I cannot eat this meal. I want a full refund.

On June 7, 2025 at 7:57pm I ordered large size combo chicken menu number 9.
Once I received the order there was some slices, I asked the cashier man if that’s ham? He said yes this what you ordered and it’s your fault! I asked him to change but refused while I’m trying convince him to help me someone came from the back and asked me if I want him to give a replacement without ham? I told him, yes then he gave me another sandwich without ham.
My poor evaluation because the cashier man response was not acceptable as a customer service.
He yelled at me saying it’s on the menu!! It’s very clear on the menu: Hand-Breaded Chicken BLT.
But I don’t for what stands the: BLT.
Anyway a good customer service must nice with customers and expect mistakes and how to handle it, his job is to show respect.
Anyway I advise Muslims to ask the cashier about the components of what they are ordering and even to avoid Hardee’s because there’s ham in their kitchen.

The food was fine for the most part, the design was interesting, and they serve Coca-Cola products, but I got soggy and cold fries a few times I went there. Also, one of my friends had their burger incorrect.
