Ryan set the vibe from the start. His kindness felt genuine and his joy lifted the whole process of placing my order. Daniel crushed the barista side. He made my iced caramel brulee latte with light ice and oat milk to perfection. My stop here was productive and great overall because of them.

I ordered the new berry matcha and the presentation wasn’t the best. I also waited over 20 minutes for it to be ready, even though I ordered online ahead of time. When I arrived, I noticed people who ordered in person received their drinks before me, so it seems ordering in person works better.
I also wish the space were cleaner and better organized the area could be used in a way that feels more comfortable for working. I usually choose Starbucks for office work because of the refills, but the atmosphere at this location isn’t very comfortable for that.

this is honestly my favorite Starbucks location in the Orlando area. i’ve been coming here for years and have always had great experiences. the staff is super friendly and remembers faces which adds a personal touch. the drinks are consistently made well. unfortunately, there’s no indoor seating anymore since the start of the pandemic but there’s still outdoor seating. the bathrooms are password-protected now which i guess is a good thing. parking is easily accessible since it’s in a plaza.

My wife and I have been coming to this location almost daily for the last year or so since moving here. The employees are all great and always happy to see you. As night shift workers, we tend to come in before work and see the guys who work the end of the day. I just wanted to say Kevin, Kayla, and Anthony are the best. We always look forward to seeing them and talking when we’re not in a rush. With all the Starbucks locations we pass, they are the reason we keep coming back here. Thank you guys!!! ☕

This Starbucks is genuinely my favorite one to go to. The staff is always so nice and friendly, drinks are always out quickly, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. This Thursday, I came in pretty early for a cold brew and when I was done, I noticed this sweet message left on my cup!

What to say about Starbucks at The Marketplace at Dr. Phillips?
Well, I think it is the smallest Starbucks I have been to, but one of the best. It is so cozy and it really makes you want to stay inside or in the outside seating area and read a book, do homework, chit chat, or just relax sipping of coffee or tea. The furniture is earthy, comfortable and of good size.
Megan was our barista and she is the best so far that has taken care of us. The day we went we were about to drive for 2 hours to the beach after an almost 12 hour work day and needed some good caffeine to stay awake. She immediately recommended the cold brews because they hit you quicker and have more caffeine content than the 2 shots. I liked it too because it has less calories and I hate sweet coffee drinks. Can’t do it anymore. Sugar is an addictive and silent killing drug.
So we went on our way and I felt very energized and were even able to go out once we got to our destination. Thank you, Megan!!!
Go visit this Starbucks, it’s better than the one across the street.

There are only a couple small tables inside but there is a significant amount of seating outside. The staff was really kind and helpful. There was not much of a line to order and only a small wait for our orders. The drinks were made perfectly.
