I ordered my original pineapple and olives, driver arrived and I opened the box and I can see right away it’s dry, was half cooked it was cold. It tast horrible. I’ll never go to Domino’s ever again. I keep having protein drinks, it’s safer & I know I’m making it fresh.

I rate them 4 because of my last order was bad. Other time the food, and service is great and friendly. But I order LG pepperoni with spinach and regular crust. This time they didn’t text me that it was ready. I pickup the pizza( which I thought it was hot. But got home it was cold, thin crust and some kind of white cheese.. it’s taste horrible. Other wise I would have giving the 5 star. When I order again I will not order spinach. I am going to give the other change. The pizza good when it made correct.

Same manager for like 20 yrs that shows immature attitude. Won’t fix any mistakes and treats customers like they can come or go . I’ll just have someone else place any orders if I ever want anything from dominos and I’ll get anything I want she can’t tell me I won’t get anything from dominos again . Night I ordered pizza and the delivery driver since they’re so phone oriented these days these people with their phones they can’t look at numbers on a building anymore so they delivered it to the wrong address because their phone told him to go down the way from my address but you know you can verify with your eyes….. so the red circle is where they’re supposed to go and the pink circle is where they went. And the manager is talking over me and I’m trying to explain to her that I had to walk down the street to figure out where my order went I shouldn’t have to do that

Today (11/25/2025) I was at Domino’s at 491 North Lake Havasu Avenue in Lake Havasu City Arizona. I was order number 216 at 1:14 p.m. and the total amount I paid was $17.46
Today was a really bad day for me. I’m disabled and I struggle with walking at times and I was in a lot of pain when I walked into this store and ordered a pizza special. I got the two for $6.99 each with sausage and mushrooms. I saw it online and went into the store and asked about it. I just didn’t want to go home and cook for myself I’ve been on my feet too long already. The lady took my order, I used the men’s room, and then I went back to my truck to sit and wait and be with my dog. Later when I was just getting ready to go back into the restaurant to get my pizza, the lady came out to me and handed it to me, right there at my truck. She noticed when I came into the store earlier and ordered the pizza, that I was having trouble walking and she didn’t wait for me to come back into the store. She doesn’t know how grateful I am for all the pain that she saved me by doing that little bit extra, because today was a very bad day for me, I was seriously in a lot of pain. I don’t know her name, I didn’t look for a name tag or even ask her. I’m not good with that kind of observation. But I will say, I hope something really wonderful happens for this lady in the near future. This will be where I buy my pizza in Lake Havasu City.

Their delivery driver is obnoxious. Thinks it’s ok to leave his car running and unoccupied with the radio blasting in the parking lot every time he returns for an order (white Mazda).

Absolutely unacceptable pizza. You can’t tell me when they pulled it from the oven they didn’t see that they burnt the you know what out of it. Now I can’t even get ahold of them to complain. No answer. Never again. Service and food is getting worse. Best is they expect a tip. Here’s your tip learn how to make a pizza. It’s not that hard.
