I cannot eat cheese or any dairy products and always ask no CHEESE but somehow they don’t read that and still give me cheese – like how hard can that be to omit it. If I had asked for extra or added ingredients maybe I can understand but to ask them to not include it’s ridiculous. The worst part is that now I can’t eat it cause it is melted throughout the sandwich. I also can’t go back to store so I just wasted my money.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich without cheese and they still put the cheese on it. The food was in one place and the drink somewhere else so was not even aware when my order was complete since the guy inside was doing the drinks that was ordered at the register first before my on the go order.

Worst dunkins. Ive repeatedly gave them chance after chance because their location is so close to my job. I order the same thing every time. And every time its different. They have no consistency. Today it was absolutely terrible and I went back in to get it remade. The lady apparently got offended because I said it was terrible and tried to talk over me and make me feel dumb for wanting it remade. And then it was still terrible. Needless to say they will never see another dime from me. Ill support another business that will treat paying customers better.
