This place has some bad reviews, but our experience was great. Our server Racheal was outstanding. We were only there for drinks, appetizers and games, and she was still on point with everything. Some would see it as a low tip gig, but she stopped at the table frequently. Food was delivered quickly and hot. I had no issues with this place.

So we have been eating here over the last year and service was ok.. typically it took my food a while to come to our table…we have been doing takeout more over the last year just because the lady in takeout was so sweet and the service was phenomenal we never had to worry about if our food was all there and the lady that was always in takeout was so great!! We have saw other people in takeout now not as good as her so we decided to dine in … it was so great to see her at the front.. Our experience last Saturday and this weekend has been fantastic!! The lady that was in takeout was walking around checking on tables and frequented our table a couple of times to make sure our experience was great!! We will miss her in takeout but she is doing a amazing job making dine in so much better our food was hot and cane out so quickly!! Brooklyn was our server she was great!!so overall we will definitely be dining in a lot more. BUFFALO WILD WINGS please keep doing what you are doing!!

I visited this eatery on 09/03/25 around 1:30pm for lunch. This is the second time I’ve had a sort of negative experience eating here. On this day, the restaurant was not crowded at all. I believe there were about four people sitting at the bar and from what it appeared, they all had already ordered. I’m not 100% sure but I assumed the four people had ordered because they had drinks in front of them and I believe one person was eating., when I first walked in, I was not greeted at all. There was a bartender attending to the four people, and she did not even look up to acknowledge me to say anything to me. I absolutely know this young lady seen me when I walked in because I had my two sons with me. We stood there for a couple of moments. I looked over at the young lady at the bar. She was trying her best to not make eye contact with me, as I stated in the beginning of this review, the restaurant was not busy at all, and it honestly appeared she was just socializing because the people had drinks in front of them. The proper customer service would’ve been for her to greet me and my sons and to then say welcome to Buffalo wild wings, Someone will be with you in a moment, but she did not say anything.

I waited a little moment longer than I walked over to the bar and I approached her very respectfully. I said, excuse me ma’am twice, she act as if she did not hear me. I said excuse me ma’am for the third time that’s when she finally looked up, I then proceeded to ask her do me and my sons need to sit ourselves or will someone come and assist us? She then act as if she didn’t know who would come to assist us. She then raised her hand and someone came to the front to greet & sit us after we had waited a couple minutes.

I honestly felt very uncomfortable. I was going to walk out, but my children were hungry and we hadn’t eaten and it was lunchtime.

If I had the young lady name who was the bartender on this day, I would most definitely put her name in this review because I do feel she need to learn more customer service skills. Maybe her manager can do more training with her or even have a conversation with her. I was in customer service for 20 years and Making sure I train all my employees to have customer service was one of the major rules besides staying safe.

Food: now the topic of the food the food came out looked clean and it was presented neatly but my chicken strips on my salad was cold & a bit hard. I didn’t complain. I ate some of the salad, but the rest My Son ate. My Son’s wings were good. The fries were a bit cool, not hot as we would’ve preferred But overall they ate and got full so that’s all that matter to me, our server she was nice. I would’ve liked for her to attend our table and ask if we needed more drinks and been a little bit more communicative but overall the experience was OK. It wasn’t horrible and most definitely was not great but OK. if I was a customer service secret shopper this restaurant probably wouldn’t of pass on this visit. I do hope in the future this restaurant will consider speaking to or perhaps doing more training for customer service and communicating a bit more.

I’ve been going 2 B.W.W. for 8 yrs now 2 watch my BAMA games. I’ve traveled all of north BAMA 2 find the best location This Oxford, BAMA location is absolutely the best. I come 50 miles east of atlanta, HELLORGIA every Sat 2 b here. It’s well worth it. Kelly the mang is absolutely awesome!!

Nice establishment. Open feeling, but echoey. It was so loud that we had to scream at each other to talk.
Server was nice but non-present for most of our visit. Did not get drink refills even when we asked, had to go to the bar to get my own refill; bartender was nice.
Food was average, but the place is kept like a chiller so all of our food was cold on the outside and the sauce was glazed over.
It’ll do in a pinch but there are plenty of other good options in the area.

So dissatisfied! It took the server or attendee about 15 mins to seat my wife & I. Meanwhile, it’s not many people in the restaurant at this time. Once we were finally seated, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE even attempted to serve us. Everyone was avoiding us as if we had the plaque. I’m not sure if it is because we were the only black patrons at the time or what. Finally, after about 40 mins a woman approached us with an insincere apology as if we inconvenienced her. By this time we were already ordering our food online to just have it to-go. The server appeared completely unbothered by us ordering online. I can not believe the lackluster lackadaisical attitude everyone here has about the customers that are paying to eat here. Completely dissatisfied. Then, the take out section of the restaurant was closed so my wife & I had to ask the manager on shift to have someone make our food. Mind you… this happened around 9:40pm and the take out section closes at 11pm just as the restaurant. If I could give this place less than one star I would. And I will tell everyone in ear shot how terrible my experience was. Again, COMPLETELY & UTTERLY DISSATISFIED.

The food and the service were ok. We were seated at a booth that had food on the seats and under the table. I brought it to the hostess’s attention. She cleaned the seat but not the floor. Our waitress then moved us to another table. Upon getting our bill. We were overcharged. The item was removed and the waitress at that time apologized.

Went in waited 7 minutes to be seated. Waitress took our order. Food was cold and hard. Then got to counting the wings and both my and my friends order had 9 wings instead of 10. Told our waitress( Brittany) and she brought us both 1 wing.

We met the bartender, Jess, what a delight she is, totally on top of everything. She was extremely polite. We always sit at the bar and order our food. We’ve never had anybody as good as her. She is amazing. You should give her a raise. She handles all of her customers that way she’s just on top of everything.
