Rated in this order: 1. fried artichoke hearts; 2. Quail (on special); 3. Mushroom tart (I did not like the sweetness from the pastry); 4 Pork Belly.
The service was great, and they paid attention to utensils (when to change them).

We heard about Del Mar from edible Cape Cod magazine. They definitely lived up to the feature article on their establishment. 1. The bar is well stocked and the bartenders are skillful. The cocktail list is extensive and the
drinks well executed. 2. The waitstaff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and attentive (our waiter Simon was great, but it is a team effort). 3. The food was well made, perfectly cooked, and properly seasoned. We had a great evening. Thank you to the staff!

My wife and I were visiting Chatham for a bit and made a last-minute decision to try this place out. We usually look at a lot of reviews before deciding on what to eat, so we had zero expectations on this one.
To our surprise, the food was excellent and fresh. The staff were super attentive and friendly. I would definitely return in the future, if I’m passing by Chatham.

This is the best restaurant in Chatham; currently and for a while now. I have been about twenty times in the last few years and each time they are able to deliver on great cocktails, delicious food, good service, and a warm atmosphere. I would recommend anyone passing through town to stop in. The drinks really are a highlight if you like a well made cocktail; they can also make a very good dry martini which is way less common than it should be. Things I like to order include the mushroom tart (app), oysters rock (app), braised short rib (this may be seasonal), portuguese little necks, and the swordfish! I also like their pizzas; if I’m in the mood I will usually get the fig one or the sausage one and they’re excellent. They used to have this amazing (imho) cocktail called the Driftwood but I think they’ve since moved on. Overall, very hard to go wrong with a dinner reservation here.

I have been here a few times but hadn’t been back in years – last night though was one of the best halibut dishes I have ever had and the butternut bisque and pumpkin ravioli were also absolutely incredible. I love the atmosphere in there and the service was also super great. Would highly recommend as someone that grew up on cape it’s a top 3 restaurant for sure!

We celebrated our 30th anniversary here. Everything was perfect! Eduardo and Connor the bar tenders were exceptional. We had the best oyster rockerfellas we have ever had! the were crisp, not too creamy, absolutely perfect! Dinner was to die for, The pan roasted halibut with lobster was so tasty, cooked perfectly. My husband has the Ethiopian wood cooked cod- the flavors were sensational. If you’re in chatham- don’t miss this restaurant! food, service, ambiance! 5 stars to all!!

The food here is the signing star. We made a reservation for 7:45pm on a Tuesday. The place was packed. Unfortunately it was so busy we didn’t get our entrée amd eat until 9:05pm. The delicious food made up for it. We ordered steak fretes, cod, salmon, and filet. Drink specials were also wonderful. I would recommend this place but make sure you have a reservation.

Cozy, cool, and the best place for refinement in the area! The food was superb and the drinks were heavy-hitting perfection. Mushroom Tart, Calamari, Cod, Tuna, Bananas Foster, and Key Lime Pie were all on point. As our server said “We have no specials, everything we do is special”. Touche
