If i could rate zero stars i would. The night shift is very rude. This place has zero customer service. The Spanish lady at nights is one of the rudest people I have ever come accross. And literally yelled at me for saying their manager is tired of us customers coming in and ordering what we specialy want on sandwiches. Terrible place.

Says they open at 7:30. Waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes. It’s past 7:30 now and the store is still dark inside with no one in sight. Subways never seem to be able to open when they say they will.

The bread was really tough as if it had been microwaved. They were VERY stingy with the vegetables. The person waiting on me wasn’t very friendly and almost verged on rude. He was very impatient. With the gloves on that he was handing the food with, he started to ring up my order on the register. Euwwww. Another young woman took over at the register without gloves. There’s another Subway just a few miles away that we will patronize next time.

I specifically asked if the meatballs were warm yet because it was still early. He said yes, so I got it. Got it back home and it was cold and old burnt meatballs. Very disappointed considering how much prices have gone up and the fact he said they were good.

These people don’t know how to work their systems, refuse to give refunds after forgetting ingredients and insist they can’t refund you after you come back with your sandwich soggy because they don’t have your ingredients on it. Disgusting employees and management— this subway is not the one you want to goto. Promise you that.

The guy who works here is the one of the nicest workers I’ve come across in a long time. Such great energy and very helpful! This was also the cleanest and best maintained subway I’ve ever been in. Will only come to this one now!

If you want to use a great deal with a coupon that SUBWAY mails out. This one will NOT accept their own coupon!!! I go to Buckingham one now….and he is a very nice gentleman!!!!!
