(02/21/2026 at 12:30PM)First time and last time! The beef and cheddar was cold, had cheese sauce all over the bun and wrapper, just sloppy! The tenders were hard and cold, fries were little bits of pieces and were too old! I went back through the drive thru and asked the gentleman for a refund, he stated they could issue more fries because they just came up with the last order they had? An older female worker told him they could not do a refund. So we threw the food away and lost $20! Poor service, poor food preparation and just not somewhere we would ever come again!

Sometimes you just need a beef and cheddar and some curly fries, but dang when you have to threaten to cancel the order because they won’t ring it upcorrectly and it’s like $10 over what it should be according to the advertisements on the order screen, it makes you Wonder… Did they pick this person to hire just to make everyone else’s life difficult? How does it make any sense to have a roast beef and cheddar on a 2 for $7 dollar deal but not the regular roast beef? I want no cheese but have to pay more? Also you should train your order takers to tell people ordering 2 roast beef sandwiches for $9.80 that they can get 4 roast beefs for $10 which does not show on the menu . I frequent this location a lot and like the food but that pricing makes no sense. Why would a sandwich without cheese cost more than a sandwich with cheese? This location is not very busy, I hope they can take a look at their pricing and make it more clear to customers what the current deals are. If someone came to my store and ordered 2 things for $9 and there was a special going on that my customer could get 4 for $10 I would def want my employees to offer that. Esp to a customer who eats there multiple times a week.

I love fast and friendly service, and this trip to Arby’s made it happen. The Beef & Cheddar sandwich I ordered was delicious, and I appreciate that the employee asked if I wanted any sauce. Thankfully, a couple of napkins were in the bag because some fast food restaurants don’t include them.

Ordered a large fry, 9 chicken bites and 2 roast beef sandwiches. This was a disappointment. The large fry was added to the chicken bites box and was not a large fry. I didn’t want the sauce from the chicken on my French fries. When I asked about my fries because I didn’t see them, the rude window attendant rolled her eyes and said it is in the box and slammed the window shut. For the money we are now being charged I want a separate container for each item and the amount im paying for. I also feel like for the money we should receive better customer service. BTW the 9 piece chicken were tiny pieces of chicken and not worth the money. They did have taste sauce but only 6 of them were covered in the sauce the other 3 were plain. Come on Arby’s were did your quality food go?

Great place the Dr pepper was awesome, not mixed improperly like a lot of places do. The curly fries were great. My grandson loves the big beef and cheddar. I’m sure I would have too, if my dog hadn’t stolen my sandwich from my pocket…..

My boyfriend and I ordered through the app. He got there at the designated time that the food was supposed to be done. When he arrived there was no one in the drive-thru or inside the lobby. It took well over a minute just for one of the two ladies that were working to address him to tell him that it was going to be another minute before they could get to him. It then proceeded to take and tell our order was completely put together before they even addressed him which was 5 to 7 minutes. He could hear one of the girls complain the entire time. The girl complaining wasn’t even the one making our order. He had to ask if he could have his drink while he waited and she said that she didn’t have it made yet. He said that he could just make it over on his side no big deal. She then proceeds to slam the cup down and walk away. Just overall one of the worst experiences we have had. The food itself was good other than we got the crumbs of the fresh curly fry bag that had just been made. I’m assuming the two girls who were working maybe just having a bad/off day but they should still have some professionalism. Shouldn’t have to wait to be addressed when there is literally no one else around.
