Some of the best wings I’ve had — great flavor options, sauces that actually stick, and the wings stay crispy instead of getting soggy. Portions are solid and everything tastes fresh and well-made.Only downside is the service flow: it can take around 5–7 minutes before someone gets to you for ordering or pickup, especially during busy times. There’s also no dedicated online order rack, so pickup customers may need to wait in line or get staff attention.Overall though, the food quality makes it absolutely worth the wait and money

Great spot for chicken in Happy Valley. I tried the 2 chicken tender sandwiches and fry. I recommend getting the tenders plain and dipping them in your preference sauce. Nonetheless, highly satisfied overall.

Arrived after placing an order online and found nobody at the counter. One gentleman was going between kitchen and counter bringing out orders, but counter mostly vacant. Telephone going off unanswered. Had to give my name three different times when I got up to the counter. Received my meal 55 minutes after the website’s stated pickup time. Shift manager was Isaac. Experience pretty much ruined my night being away from my wife and son. Can’t remember the last time I experienced service this bad.

Worst place to order wings. Took 2 hours on a regular sunday evening. Told me 35 minutes and my 12 boneless wing order took 2 hours. Another time they said the delivery guy stole the order. Wings are decent but this is the worst service possible. They don’t even answer their phone.

The worst experience I’ve had with food in the past year. Easily. Don’t get me wrong, the wings were excellent. The online form would not take my address. I called twice and got an answering machine. Eventually my wife was able to get something to work on the app. We were 10 minutes early waited for 20 minutes past our time. When we left there was 15 people waiting and four orders present. The photo doesn’t do it justice, with another five to seven people to the left off camera Someone had been waiting for 50 minutes. He started asking everyone for their name, one at a time, and the crowd pretty much said just call the names out. Low and behold, The first name called was mine. Despite me telling him my name on two previous occasions. Terrible

I had a 2:40pm pick up time. Arrived at 2:30 and was told it’d be ready soon. Didn’t walk out with my order (2x 4 tenders and fries) until 3:10pm, and this was after have to ask about status three times and watching one of the staff members move my ticket up in line. I get home with the food 2 minutes later and it’s all cold. This was my first time ordering here. I live close by so was looking forward to this being a great new spot, but I’ll never go back.
