Very bad experience today. I went in to ask why I had been charged $12 over the original amount. I did not realize this until yesterday when I checked my transactions. I placed an order on January 19, so 2 weeks ago. I went in just to ask if there was a way to check why that happened. I did not go in there demanding a refund by any means I just wanted to know if there was any way to check. Worst customer service not by the waiters but the cashier. I asked if she was the manager and she said “I’m not going to answer if I am or not” She said “I don’t have time to check, you shouldn’t have waited a month to make a claim”
Again, this was 2 weeks ago. She was rude, arrogant, dismissive and zero customer service skills. Unprofessional and makes the place look bad. We had recently started coming here because the tacos are amazing, but We will definitely not be going back. People like her give the place a bad name.

I went on Friday to have a family dinner and was waiting to have more family members come and we where having drinks and appetizers and we ran out of chips and salsa and ask for more and she said No until more people from your table come will bring you more!
Shes is the rudest person ever and she’s the owners daughter!
Its not the same no more they should have Juanita and Erika there more often owner cut there hours to give to other people that are so rude!!
Never again!

Got asked to leave because we had a hot coffee in hand on a cold morning. We were literally going to buy 2 breakfast plates and cokes. I understand if we went in with food but a coffee is a bit extreme in my opinion to be asked to leave.

This place is AMAZING. My sister and I were like the only white people in there so we knew it’d be good. Just the right amount of heat with impeccable flavor. A must try for anyone who appreciates real Mexican food.

Delicious menudo and the Allende breakfast was also a hit with several members of our party. I ordered beans with cheese as an appetizer. You can tell they were freshly made. Its small but they were able to comfortably accommodate our party of 10. The staff was friendly and the food was out fairly quickly.

It looks like a mom and pop restaurant which is fine.It could just be a little bit more cleaner.And upgraded in its interior design.But otherwise the food is hot, fresh, good. My absolute favorite restaurant in the valley.

Food was good but not amazing. I got a ranchero burrito and the sauce on it was a little watery. I prefer a thick sauce like pato sauce but it was still good. Rice and beans are always on point and that matter more than people think. All in all? 7.5.
