It sinks really bad inside the building. And the food was very nasty, potato oles were hard and cold. I ordered a Super Combination burrito. What I got was beans, meat, and sour cream. When I took it back to the counter to be fixed, they bought it back and told me that was a Super Combination Burrito. I told them “that it was bullshit.” Well, that is what their recipe said. I told them their boss better fix the recipe than. I’m sorry, I have been eating at Taco Johns for over forty years, and have worked there for over twenty years. I had my husband go get the boss’s name and phone number and that is when they told him they were going to kick us out. I will never going back to this Taco Johns.
I just tried to call the manager and it went to voice mail and the mail box is full. I guess no one gives a shit about their business or if any one comes back or not.
What are your thoughts? Is this a Super Combination Burrito?

Try to think of wish or t.U , for taco bell if you couldn’t screw up a colon cleansing , this would be the place. Based on what you pay , I would definitely not recommend.

The Lander Wy location always have subpar service and food. They are always missing something and the staple of TJ is potato oles and this location on this date didn’t have any. Whoever the manager is needs to do an extremely better job at ordering.

I have received an incorrect order almost every time I’ve been here. Today was super simple or so I thought. 5 crispy tacos. That’s it. 5 crispy tacos. The order was incredibly easy. But somehow it was wrong. 4 crispy tacos and 1 soft taco with some weird cheese whiz on it. Sadly nobody was willing to eat it and it went into the garbage. I knew there would be a soft taco with the order because one of the staff told me they put an extra taco in the bag. I specifically asked if there were 5 crispy tacos and she said yes. I should have known better than to leave without checking the bag. It was the purpose of me going inside and not using the drive through. There were 3 people inside waiting for their food. One guy by himself and another couple. They also got their food order incorrect. There were also 3 or 4 vehicles in the drive through. One of them canceled their order for some reason. One of the staff was asking for help with canceling the order. I’m not sure how you can get everybody’s order incorrect one right after the other but somebody needs to get their staff trained and up to speed. I did try calling them after I saw that the order was incorrect but their voicemail was full and they don’t answer the phone.

Disgusting FOOD! tacos and burritos that made me sick for 2 weeks after each try eating there! Staff can’t answer any questions about the food containing allergens for people allergic to TOMATOES and POTATOES! The food tasted disgusting and I Can’t call it Mexican food!

This has been my go to restaurant, the workers are always polite and helpful. I have never had a bad meal there yet. I especially like the chicken grilled burrito and of course love the potatoes oles.
