In 1978, Jet’s Pizza¬¨¬®‚àö√ú founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. I went to Jets for specifically for the ultimate pepperoni. The crust was buttery but I was extremely disappointed by the lack of pepperoni. The counter person was meh.. The reason I won’t be back was because NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAD ON GLOVES! Had I known this before I paid by app, I definitely would have canceled my order!

Pizza 25 minutes late beyond online order time estimate. Two old guys leaning behind the front counter doing nothing to help the rest of the operation. Not even answering the phone. Not delivering… No urgency visible in the entire restaurant. Lobby full of people waiting for their pizza. No happiness present.

This is the only Jets location that is perfect every single time. Any other Jets seems to always ignore the specifics, like bake level, sauce amount, and crust seasoning. If you ask for extra sauce, they give you the perfect amount. If you want heavy Cajun seasoning, they nail it. It’s as if this location is a completely different brand. If it’s a little out of your way versus another Jets location, go that extra mile because it’s sooooooo worth it.

I cannot give this place less than 5 stars. The Jet’s pizza slice is the absolute best in the business, with perfect iterations of crust, dough, sauce, cheese, pepperoni and the ratio of each of things put together. It is bar none the best slice in the industry and every time I visit the US from Canada, I patron a Jet’s. The perfection of this slice and its location atop the perch as my favourite slice has not been remotely threatened by either a Canadian or American business. All hail pizza!

Been patronizing this jets for the past two years within the last six months every order has yielded a problem. The staff is unengaged when you come in and rude and short when you call. I called to make them aware of the problem with my order and treat it as though I am the issue.

Ordered 2 topping pizza, came with only one topping on it (olives and feta cheese). When I went back in they assured me the pizza was made properly yet no sign of the second topping was there. Complete thievery.

I got the cauliflower pizza with cheese and jalapeños from here which was delicious!! Definitely redeemed themselves from my previous visit! Although the crust was slightly burnt this time! Decided to spice it up when I got home with some more veggies and bbq sauce, to my liking!
